Lovely hotel with good space (family room). 2 minute walk to the airport.Everything was clean and first impressions of the hotel was impressive. Good value as booked through booking.com. Would definitely stay again.

My friend & I were very tired when we got to the hotel at 2 in the morning, especially as she gad broken her wrist while we were away. And I was exhausted from looking after her on holiday, but ALL the staff were amazing. So helpful, friendly & professional. The food for our breakfast was brilliant, hot & tasty. We’d had lukewarm warm tasteless food all week while we were in Greece. So appreciated it a lot more. I can’t sing the staffs praises enough. Thank you so much. 😊

Well surprised for this hotel which is very comfortable and clean. Easy to take the bus from the airport and just 5 min drive away. The room was clean, shower is big and nice shampoo and gel. The bed and pillow very comfy. The breakfast was fair and the staff is very kind and professional

We stopped at this Hotel on 17th September 2022 The Hotel is well placed in a good location, from the hotel there is a transfer bus to the airport every 30-minutes cost £4.00 per person payable on the bus. We booked the hotel through Holiday Extras and the cost included 7-days parking at the hotel, the car parks were large and secure, and you keep the car keys, we had no problems finding a parking space. The room we had was clean and spacious and we could not fault. We ate in the Hotel's Restaurant, the food and drinks were reasonably priced, and our waiter Dimitar was very polite and attenuative. If flying from Stanstead Airport again I would choose this hotel

I usually check hotel reviews very carefully but as this was booked as part of a hotel parking package I didn't bother- after all, we were only in the hotel for 8 hours... I have since read many reviews and I have to say, I don't agree with all of it. The receptionist was perfectly nice and there was some noise from other guests during the night but nothing too bad. The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. My issue was bedbugs! I didn't realise initially how badly I'd been bitten as the bites only started to materialise after a few days....but when they did, HOLY MOLY! (My husband didn't appear to be bitten at all, or if he was, he showed no signs) I, however, was absolutely made a meal of. I must've had between 60 & 80 bites and after a week they were so bad I needed medical attention and a course of steroids to stop the itching. I have never been bitten by bedbugs before and I never want to again. I will definitely check all hotel reviews from now on, even if it is a quick overnight stay. Think very carefully before you choose this hotel!

Got to the B&B and everything was as we would expect until we attempted to use the shower room sink. Water pouring from beneath. As we arrived late we conceeded we would not disturb the owners so spoke to them in the morning to let them know that we could not use our sink. Simply told that it was strange as it had been fixed recently. Later mentioned that we still found it pretty unnacceptable that we were without the use of the entire sink so requested a 10 to 20% discount of room cost as the facility was unusable to then be told “well you only use a sink for brushing teeth… so there is nothing we will do”. Pretty awful response imo. Not a huge fan of washing my hands in the shower every time we use the toilet or shaving for example. But that is what we were expected to do by the owner. Feel free to book this hotel if that’s the kind of hospitality you would like.
