We've just stayed 2 nights. The hosts Joel and Tracey were lovely.. Nothing is too much. Warm welcome awaited. Room was lovely and clean and had lovely little additions.. Toiletries.. Tissues.. Biscuits.. Tea. And coffee and even ear buds.. :) Breakfasts were scrummy.. Best breaky ever!! 5 min walk to train station and beach.. and good location to get the train to Conwy and llandudno. Church bells from Church opposite are regular, if your a very light sleeper.. But also it was quaint and adds to the charm of the place.... Would definately stay here again...... Thanks Tracey and Joel for a great relaxing and welcoming time at your B&B. Xx
on arrival Diane gave us a very warm welcome the place is spotless thought the rooms was very comfortable like wise was the bed, the breakfast minuet is extensive. it includes a vegetarian breackfast the breakfast was beautifully cooked and well presented with as many condiments as you could ever want, Diane is so accommodating nothing is to much trouble for her she tells you ta ask. it is a short walk into the town centre where you will find everything you would ever want, the promenade is about a 15 min walk, we had a great stay and would recommend anyone to stay with them
This place although very clean with lovely fresh smelling bedding is very dated. We are a family of three (myself, hubby and granddaughter). We stayed here and upon entering our granddaughter made a comment to us and the host overheard and snapped at our granddaughter and told her she had to sleep in the garden (she's 8). Breakfast was lovely but again another sarcastic comment to our granddaughter because she didn't eat everything on her plate. Day 2 this woman remebered my hubby didn't have a hot drink on day 1 so removed the cup on day 2. Granddaughter only wanted sausage sandwich which she got, I ordered a breakfast without egg and got toast. Was too scared to mention itcas I didn't want ripping apart in front of the other guests as the host is quite sharp and always has negative answers. Wouldn't stay again.

We had a 2 night stay during the Victorian Extravaganza weekend. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel like valued guests. The staff throughout the hotel were so friendly and efficient. The telephone conversations during the booking process with different members of staff were so helpful and we knew from the outset this hotel really wants to impress. The spacious hotel feels brand new. The ambience is lovely. The second floor sea view classic room was not large but well appointed and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was lovely with an over bath shower. The afternoon tea was delicious. The breakfast was truly outstanding in terms of choice and quality of ingredients . The cooked breakfast was exceptional including superb cooked to order pancakes. Excellent coffee. The hotel values children. They loved the hotel and cannot wait to return. On street free parking. This is an absolute gem of a hotel. It is dog friendly but extremely clean and dogs do not use the restaurant. Unbelievable value for this quality. Highly recommended.
The location is at a crossroad and it is still a bit far away from the seaside on foot. There is a large free parking lot. The accommodation is a separate entrance behind the bar. I like the design of the spiral staircase very British style. The room is exquisite and comfortable with an old small fan. The restaurant downstairs was fully booked. They arranged for us to sit in the corner of the bar for dinner. The products were very good. I personally prefer the decoration and atmosphere of the bar. It was a very pleasant night! The breakfast on the second day is half a la carte, that is, the cold cuts are self-service and the a la carte hot food is still exquisite and delicious😋... Overall very good, especially recommended to friends who want to experience a bar-type hotel!
Visited this nice hotel in October on arrival we were met with a very polite receptionist who asked us to sit down and have a drink and then I’ll take it back to our room when the room is ready. We thought you’re very nice however on entering the restaurant bar area we were met via a very rude lady who wasn’t very pleasant to us. We didn’t start the break very nice following this. Are you upgraded our room and back in our room and we have the rest of the evening was nice Tracey in restaurant with extremely kind and helped her with our food and choice of drinks and dessert. The food was excellent. The room was clean and warm and the bed very Comfortable in the morning. We went for breakfast extremely hard for breakfast the following day we had a walk into Conway it was quite windy but you’re very pleasant came out to the hotel. Our room was clean and we had a cup of tea and sat in the bar area in the afternoon. I went for a swim in his lovely spa area which was extremely good and first class flying my swim. I went for a couple of beers in the bar area where Phil greeting me the extreme kindness and friendly. That evening we had an extremely lovely meal and drinks and I very pleasant. The fuse from the room were so beautiful as the weather was nice encountered this weekend. The following day we have breakfast signed out I went to our way to visit the rest of North Wales before heading home I could recommend this to everyone as a place to stay. Make sure you book your correct room and table for breakfast and dinner as it’s quite a popular venue for people in the area to visit.
