Nice hotel. What you would expect from a budget chain hotel.

A nice hotel for road trip

Receptionist welcoming and efficiently advised me of leal times abd the location of the restaurant. Door key card properly functioned throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful but would certainly if benefited from more guests. The resrurant was clean and tidy. Cutlery and plates were clean. The coffee machine selection was americano or nothing. I heard another guest asking for oat milk and this was quickly brought. Bedroom supplies of tea and coffee were plentiful. The bathroom was clean and consumables all worked and the shower pressure and temperature were easily controlled. TV was modern flat screen with a clean and working remote control. The TV signal was fine and the channel selection was basic but adequate. There's a spacious 24 hour well appointed petrol station with M and S food adjacent to the hotel. Soundproofing from nearby rooms was adequate and disturbance free. Staff were all helpful and kind. The hotel doesn't appear to do anything to encourage locals to use it.

I like the service very much in a purely British hotel. I have to check out at 11 o'clock because the flight is still early. I negotiated with the hotel for a late checkout. The hotel originally said that it would charge 15 pounds for every hour of delay. Later, the hotel paid the delay fee. It’s worth recommending if you don’t need it.

Brought my parents back to Gera to attend the graduation ceremony and stayed in this hotel for three nights. 1. The hotel breakfast is very rich and varied 2. The front desk staff are warm and attentive 3. The hotel environment is very warm and comfortable 4. A 15-minute walk from the University of Georgia Insufficiency is that the hotel brand is relatively small and difficult to notice, and the others are very satisfied! ! !
