DDenny-Stayed for four nights in a row. I arrived in Paris at around 7 a.m. and arrived at the hotel at around 9 a.m. I wanted to check in early, but they said it hadn’t been cleaned yet. I went shopping first and came back to the hotel around 2:30 a.m. They said it was still being cleaned. They didn’t let me check in until three o’clock. ^_^ This is the first time I met someone who even stayed for multiple days and was not allowed to enter the room early. They already said they wanted to take a shower. Isn’t it difficult to understand? ! ! ! ! Please note that a deposit of 150€ is required! ! ! ! When I checked out and asked when I would be refunded, I was told that I would have to wait for about a month. They were still collecting deposits for some time, and they never gave me a card signature. Now I want to see if my money will be refunded ^_^

Stayed here for a small getaway to paris. Decent place to stay and easy access to metro however they got bugs. We found one and assumed it may have come through the window or something so we left it. Next day we found another so we kindly spoke with reception just to let them know and asked if they would check our room but they didn’t. Literally after speaking with reception we found another bug. So next day we went to go speak with the holding manger for the day and she was extremely rude and told us the five bugs we found were spiders. Don’t stay here if you wanna find bugs everywhere some staff were nice but the manager was disgustingly rude.

This hotel is ok. The room is basic as is the bathroom. We asked for some more pillows, and were told that they did not have any. We had crooked necks due to the awful pillows. Staff were ok and not very helpful. We encountered a fire drill going off which was an engineer testing. None of the staff knew whether to evacuate or stay in our rooms which was bad and no apology for the disruption. Convenient for the outskirts of Paris and easy to travel in.

Also had a problem with my husband breathing machine plug and the man on duty that night bent over backwards to find a different plug. The airport transfer was on time and even though the taxi drivers were on strike on our return we still got our taxi straight away to pick up our car.

GGuest UserThe cabin room was actually pretty small & tight to start with. It actually is a 4 bed dormitory divided into 4 cabins (made of wood). There isn't enough space in the room because it's literally just the bed. So you can easily hear what the other person is playing on the mobile. Moreover, the breakfast is pretty basic. The staff at the reception was very helpful, I requested for a late checkout and they helped me.

GGuest User chambre propre , litterie confortable , chaleur étouffante, pas de clim et pas moyen de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes trop de trafic avec rungis et le pire du pire le sévice de navette gratuite greeline minable !!!! la navette de 7h50 pas là !!! la suivante de 8h33 toujours pas là !!!! un bus privé à fini par arriver à 9h après 1h 20 d'attente dans la rue bref on nous dépose à l'opposé du terminal sur un parking bus et il a fallut parcourir presque 1km à toute allure avec nos bagages ....et pour finir cerise sur le gâteau lorsque l'on arrive pour enregistrer nos bagages le comptoir ferme l'enregistrement devant nous , on nous reclasse sur le vol du lendemain avec un supplément de 550 euros en plus de devoir perdre encore une journée et une nuit complète dans l'aéroport cette fois ci pour être sûr d'embarquer !!! un grand merci a l'hotel et son services de navette minable ! ca sera la première et dernière fois !!

JJIAN MINThe location of the hotel is relatively a bit deviated from the city, the hotel does not see the elevator, the room space in the hotel is quite large, but there is no kettle, you can only go to the supermarket to buy mineral water, it is quite convenient to buy things in the nearby supermarket, probably because it is low season for guests Not many, the service staff did not see other service staff except the front desk.
For me, hotel breakfast is enough to have croissants, so it doesn’t matter if there are few varieties

119 gutsmanIt was a friendly staff. The room was fine. I was traveling by car, so I left my car here and moved to Paris city. It is convenient because there is a fast food shop nearby. When I walked nearby, the car parked on the public road was roughed up on the car, so it seems that security is not good. You should park in the parking lot in the hotel.

GGuest UserNotre chambre était très spacieuse, le petit déjeuner très bien pour le tarif, nous avons eu quelques soucis de chauffage, mais l’équipe du Kyriad a été très efficace et ils ont trouvé une solution très rapidement .
Donc malgré ce petit soucis, je donne 5 étoiles grâce au service et à la gentillesse de l’équipe.
Hôtel proche du métro ligne 8, très pratique .

GGuest UserLe séjour de notre groupe scolaire dans cet hostel fut un désastre ! Nous avons rencontré de nombreux problèmes dès le début de notre séjour, notamment le service de réservation toujours en ”congés” qui répondait avec des délais jamais vu pour un service groupe, et de plus désagréable et non professionnel au possible. Dans l'ensemble, le niveau de service offert par le personnel était très bas, ce qui a rendu le séjour très désagréable. Le pire a été le service après-vente, où nous avons soumis une demande de geste commercial pour compenser les problèmes que nous avons rencontrés : - Douche qui fuyait dans une des chambres : l'auberge a répondu que les élèves l'avait ”cassée” ; c'était la CPE qui logeait dans cette chambre... aucun élève n'y était jamais entré... et on lui a donné une serviette pour éponger au lieu de la changer de chambre ! - Une autre chambre qui ne fermait pas : ils nous ont dit que c'était les élèves qui l'avaient cassés (encore c'est pratique!) alors qu'au check in, ils nous avaient prévenu ne fermait pas. - Il a fallu insister pendant 24h pour qu'il y ait quelque chose de fait, entre temps les occupantes, des filles mineures, ont dormi sans aucune sécurité au sein de l'établissement et le lendemain ont du laissé leurs affaires dans une chambre qui ne fermaient pas. - le petit déjeuner : un croissant réchauffé + une boisson chaude au choix entre du café, du chocolat et... de l'eau chaude, pas un sachet de thé ou autre ! C'est connu, les gens raffolent d'eau chaude le matin. Demande de remboursement d'un enfant malade qui n'avait pas pu venir, on nous a dit que le stock (d'eau chaude et de croissants congelés??) avait été prévu en avance et ne pouvait pas être remboursé. Malheureusement, après avoir essayé par tout les moyens d'avoir un retour qui ne soient pas des allégations mensongères pour justifier leur service médiocre, ce fût peine perdue nous n'avons plus jamais eu de retour du responsable de cet établissement ce qui n'est absolument pas professionnel au delà d'être juste correct. Nous avons même dû redemander plusieurs fois pour avoir la facture finale (et correcte !). Nous avons même essayé de contacter le service après vente du groupe LOUVRE HOTELS mais nous n'avons jamais eu de retour a nos nombreuses demandes : Nous avons bien reçu votre demande, d'ailleurs voici sa référence : **********7.
