Nous avons passé une nuit à l’hôtel Campanille à Taverny. L’accueil 5 étoiles. Très belle chambre, propre et fonctionnelle. Nous avons diné au restaurant. Menu « Duo » à 23€. Excellent rapport qualité - prix. Le serveur était serviable, à l’écoute et efficace. Cuisine soignée et gustative. Nous reviendrons à Campanille à Taverny. Merci à toute l’équipe.

So this is a brand new hotel which boasts 4 stars. Sadly much of the amenities have been added just to get the rating. The gym is non existent. It is a fitness room. There are no weights or weight machines at all just cardio machines. The machines are of low quality and suitable for home gym use. There are no exercise mats, no benches just cardio bikes , 2 x rowers and 3 times running machines. (No body uses these as they seem dangerous to use) further more the exercise room is stifling with heat. There is no aircon, no chilled water and even a tv with no remote so it's never been on. Very disappointed with the whole thing. The pool is covered in a plastic housing and it's like a green house. A few chairs within the greenhouse but nothing to sit outside. The bedroom are fine, but not cleaned daily as suggested. They make the bed and leave. That's it. No replacement coffee, not hoovered for days and towels changed occasionally. Breakfast is fine but the coffee not great. The bar is expensive. 10euros for a large beer. They advertise cheaper but that brand has not been available just the 10euro one so we avoid it. WiFi has been intermittent in the rooms. Plenty of car parking and it's on an industrial estate although there is a bar next door that opens daily for lunch and Friday and sat evening only.

We are welcomed by a charming lady, very familiar with our arrival, laughing, feeling expected is quiet, clean room, spacious, on the foot, for me it is important, pleasant breakfast, exciting, fresh bread, renew, thank you, a detail that matters to me a Lidl in front and the gasoline has 5 min, CORDIALMENT

Mon épouse et moi avons passé la nuit dernière du 29 au 30 avril chambre 14 dans cet établissement, Bon c'est sûr que nous ne sommes pas dans un 4 étoiles mais contrairement à certains commentaires vu le prix on le savait dès le départ.la chambre et la salle de bain propres rien à dire,mise à part une petite remarque constructive mais non méchante. Il faudrait veiller à ce que le dévidoir de papier toilette ne soit pas presque vide à l'arrivée de nouveaux clients. Cela pourrait poser un problème en cas de gastro subite...... Le personnel est très sympa tant à la réception qu'au service du petit déjeuner.

Can't say anything about the hotel itself, but the receptionist was our hero. After getting stuck here with a Zity car that broke down, we were unable to to get Zity to help us. They didn't speak English and with my limited French they told us to call the police, who obviously told us it was Zity's problem! Fortunately the receptionist was extremely helpful and called Zity for us and arranged a solution. Big thanks to the young guy working there July 25th in the afternoon.
