Stayed here for a local rock concert. Lovely tidy room with friendly service. Asked about breakfast the next day as I have coeliacs disease and can not eat gluten. The lady explained that there was a gluten free section including gluten free madeleines. She even toasted me some gluten free bread to go with my boiled eggs. Excellent!!!

We stayed as a family of 4 at this hotel and it was good quality. There was an issue with the hotel as they had cancelled our room due to some confusion. This was resolved but took some time and was nerve racking for us on the day we arrived but the manager did well in getting us a room in mid April half term. The pool was nice but we had an incident where some male guests were taking pictures of my young daughters in the pool, even with me there and making me feel uncomfortable. I raised this issue with the manager and he said he would look into but nothing was done and no feedback was given back to me - this is very worrying! My thoughts are good hotel, good location, some staff are really good but needs to work on customer service for important incidents involving young children. Makes me think that I would be cautious letting kids run around in this hotel and pool alone thus please be warned. Breakfast was not bad but not out of this world and restaurants around hotel are good.

The service was great although if you are allergic, this is not the hotel for you. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As many other mentioned the breakfast service is very good. It is really close to the metro 10, which connects easily to the centre of Paris. The area is quite and safe at night. However, as soon as you go into the air feels stuffy. I had to use the stairs up to my room because the elevator button was not working, and I started coughing immediately. The stairs had no ventilation and every floor has a carpet that smelled mouldy. The smell is really strong up the stairs and in the room I stayed. I had to sleep with the balcony door open to help with the smell, but I still coughed the whole night. I had to use my inhalor every night (I carry it just in case, but don't use it on a regular basis). I would suggest the hotel to wash the curtains regularly and clean the carpets more often. Also to open the windows before guests arrive.

This was a business trip and I stayed two non concurrent nights so I got to experience two different rooms. First room was way smaller than expected. I could not fully walk in with my luggage without ending up in the bathroom. However, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Shower door needed some work and reading light fell out the wall. Otherwise a good room for a one night stay. The expectations for the second room weren’t high given the experience with the first. However, the room was much bigger and in better condition. The hotel is close to Paris, the metro, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. It was a very convenient location. The parking lot was not available so I did have to pay for street parking which was a little challenging to find at times. Overall, good experience. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. I would recommend

Had a really great stay here, and great value too! Spacious & very comfortable room, with an excellent bed, matress and possibly the world’s most fluffy pillows to sleep on. Thanks to the host Guillaume for all the amazing Paris recco’s as well. We had the best time and will be back to check out the hotel’s rooftop bar which we didn’t manage to do this time around.

Lovely accommodation, big comfy beds and very welcoming and friendly staff! Our French is limited but the staff are very helpful and speak great English. The hotel is very spacious and even our two year old had lots of room on the pull out bed. The view from the small rooftop terrace is beautiful too. Would definitely recommend if you’re making a trip into Paris ❤️

We stayed at Residnece Aurmat from 31/5-7/6 in 2023 for French Open at the Roland Garros. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to travel in the southern quiet part of Paris. In particular, if you are planning to watch French Open, this is an ideal hotel:10 minutes walk to Roland Garros. If you are traveling over Paris, the Metro is within 5 minutes’ walk. You feel safe to walk even at 10pm in the evening. In the daytime, you could stroll along the road leisurely and buy souvenirs. You can also find nice bakery shops nearby for breakfast. There is a flea market every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Don’t miss! Good bargain buys! The hotel room is admittedly small but it has everything in, ranging from a small kitchen, TV, small but a clean bathroom and above all, a very comfortable bed. The owner, David, is most helpful.
