The location is top, really at walking distance from the center where many restaurants are located. Private parking garage (underground) . Rooms and bathroom are fine but not so fan of in bath showers. The breakfast costs, but at least EUR 19, were very bad, and unfortunately there was no gluten-free bread!

Hotel location is about 10 minutes from the train station, it is convenient! And the hotel staff is very good , very happy to answer questions.  Unfortunately, breakfast is average, but the price is high!

Positive: Breakfast buffet was very good and extensive. Decoration for Christmas is very nice and especially in the reception and dining area.
Negative: Price-performance ratio for double rooms is much too expensive (weekends during Christmas markets) compared to the usual price. In front of the hotel the room price is listed as €89 (last minute) and around €120 standard. However, on the second weekend of December an amount of €250 per room was charged. However, rooms were standard with no special facilities. Furthermore, no refrigerator, no bottle opener despite the mineral water bottle with a lid, no shower gel and, above all, no information about the hotel offerings such as sauna opening times etc.
The hotel's slogan about their rooms ”Every room is different from the other” can be seen here in a negative sense compared to the price paid.

We were given a warm welcome and showed where to park the car. The lovely receptionist showed us to our room and explained everything. We had dinner in the hotel after a walk round the town. It was local produce, presented well and was a lovely two course meal. Thank you. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a very central location, the room was very clean, very close to the train station and the center, there was no refrigerator in the room, nor was it on the internet pages, it was very quiet and we had a good rest because it was quiet, it was a simple and clean room. The staff was helpful, although the check-in time was at 15:00, I had a migraine due to fatigue when we arrived at the hotel and we went to the room at 14:00, also thank you for that.

Very well located. In front of the station, beautiful view of the channel. Cool and diverse breakfast. Great breakfast room to enjoy the view of the channel. Great room with large bed and pleasant bathroom, shirt. Bemol I asked for new towels, the lady (probably overfused, too much work) put the towels on the ground while I went back to put a bag in the room. Moreover, having booked via the trip platform, the host had not known that everything was settled so careful to you, look well on your application what you have already paid with confirmation mail to support.

EE.R.Preislich war es in Ordnung.
Das erste Zimmer roch merkwürdig und die Fugen in der Dusche waren komplett voll mit Schimmel.
Ich habe dann nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt und dieses auch bekommen.
Das andere Zimmer war deutlich besser, jedoch schloss die Türe nicht komplett, sprich beim festen drücken gegen die Türe könnte jeder ohne den Code in das Zimmer gehen. Aber dies habe ich so hingenommen, weil ich sowieso meine Wertsachen immer bei mir trug, wenn ich das Zimmer verließ.
Das frühstück war in Ordnung aber nichts besonderes, das ist aber Standard bei B&B Hotels.
Also Preis Leistung war okay. Jedoch sollten mal kleine Arbeiten durchgeführt werden wie z.B. neues Silikon bei der Dusche anbringen.

Besides, the room was pleasantly surprised. The room has a kitchen and a bathroom.

GGuest UserIt was close to the city center, to train station and FlixBus stop. Receptionists are kind and ready for help. It’s possible to leave the baggage for a while. The room itself was cozy and clean. We liked and would recommend the hotel for accommodation.

BBritKoThe location is very convenient for exploring Mulhouse and the surrounding area. It is a few minutes walk to the train station and a one minute walk to the nearest tram stop.
The front desk staff are very helpful. The room itself was a bit run-down, but was suitable for a family of four. The floor needs replacing as it has seen better days. Overall though, it is a great place to use as a base when exploring the region.
