the hotel would not be bad, honest price for the area, helpfulness, quiet location, ample parking, friendly staff, room and bathroom of an acceptable size; shame about the smell of smoke which did not go away even after keeping the window and door open for hours. Unacceptable for people to smoke in a hotel room, but as there are no smoke detectors people do what they want. Not recommended if you care about your lungs.

A beautiful discovery in Annecy. It's a recent hotel in a beautiful fully renovated building, very well decorated, beautifully furnished. We were in a very beautiful duplex air-conditioned and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The parking is very easy before the residence. And the framework near the Pringy church is really charming and very quiet. A pleasure. We will certainly come back to it

A pleasant hotel in an industrial area. The room was large,clean and comfortable . I stayed on a Sunday night so there were no restaurants open nearby . The hotel can supply food. I ordered a pizza and a potted bœuf bourguignon ,which was delivered to my room. There is plenty of parking.

The hotel is 15 minutes' drive from Annecy with outdoor parking. Breakfast is 13 euros per double room offered by will but already after 9 a.m. the food is s****. The air conditioning did not work properly and we had to sleep with the open window, which, being on the ground floor, did not leave us alone but nothing happened. At the same price, it is worth a more detailed search not passing from Booking etc.

Very reasonably priced hotel in a residential neighborhood. Classic small hotel. Room was spotless, staff helpful and friendly. English spoken. We had a triple room for two and it was possibly the largest room and certainly the largest bathroom entire trip. Breakfast buffet good selection. Free on street parking and no trouble finding a place. It is a thirty minute walk to old town straight down a main street or one can drive in and use city parking. We generally walked. No lift and no AC. Our room was quite comfortable at night.

The hotel has a warm room, clean and functional rooms and a very good breakfast buffet that we could take on the terrace! At the reception there is a fresh water point where you can fill the gourdes free of charge! Very important also there is free parking and a person at the hotel all night for late arrivals!

How to say ... Catastrophic night !!
