Had to stay in Menton for a night due to Italian railway strike. Best diversion ever. Not only is the town itself wonderful but this hotel was a real find. Clean, great facilities for travelers and in an ideal location. The breakfast had a large choice and was all very fresh. The little lobby area offers fresh lemonade which is a refreshing option after a day in the sun. What made this hotel five rated for us was the terrific, helpful staff who understood our predicament and went out their way to make our short stay as comfortable as possible. As a result, we hope to visit Menton again in the future so we can spend more time there. We will hopefully manage to book this excellent hotel.

Riva Art & Spa is a beautiful seaside hotel with spacious balconies that offer a peaceful place to relax while enjoying breathtaking Mediterranean and mountain views. The balconies have comfortable seating, making them the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely morning, sipping coffee and watching the sunrise. Following a recent renovation, the hotel now boasts a stunning appearance. The rooms are modern yet elegant, providing a comfortable stay. Amenities such as TV channels, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning further enhance the guest experience. The bathrooms are impeccably clean and stocked with a good variety of toiletries, adding to the overall comfort. The hotel staff is wonderful—attentive, helpful, and friendly. We enjoyed a delicious and varied buffet breakfast. The hotel also features a rooftop spa with an incredible view of the Mediterranean. The spa offers a range of rejuvenating treatments and massages, providing a truly relaxing experience while listening to the sound of the waves and seagulls. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near many excellent restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic delights.

Замечательный отель, расположен в 10 минутах от ж/д вокзала и в 5 минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Очень внимательный персонал. Мы оставляли запрос на размещение на верхних этажах, в первую ночь поселили на 1 этаже, затем переселили в другой отель этой же сети - Residence Hoteliere Chambord, только в апартаменты гораздо больше размером и с шикарными видами с балкона. Огромное спасибо сотрудникам отеля и менеджеру, которые сделали для нас подобный апгрейд! В следующий раз только к вам!

Je voulais réserver deux chambres peut être trois, pour Février 2025 du 21 au 1er mars en passant par internet, mais impossible d'aller plus loin que le nombre de chambre et le nombre de personnes je ne comprends pas, dommage nous avions bien apprécié, quand nous sommes venus la proximité de cette établissement des animations de la fête du citron. en plus vous demandez la date de notre dernière venue i n'y a qu'une année complète sur votre proposition..............

Really nice appartments with good balcony, the surrounding area was calm and quit, the curtins in the appartment made the room all black so you could sleep really good. The bed sofa was really confortiable and you could easily just but it up to get more space in the appartment. The personal was really nice and knew good English so you could get the answer you needed.

This beautiful boutique 4* hotel is perfectly located steps from the sea but away from the hussle and bustle of the tourists in the village and harbour area. There are very few hotels right in the sea front and of those this is the only perfect one! This hotel in the last 4 years has become my little oasis, my escape from Paris, home away from home when I need to relax, disconnect, and recharge. Everything at Princess & Richmond is Excellent all across the board! Spectacular views, perfect balcony, Very modern rooms, wonderful stall shower, the bed is so comfortable, and the room size is just right. Listening to the sea crash against the rocks just rocks you to sleep. The sunrises over Italy and sunsets in front o the beach are breathtaking. The room is Impeccably decorated and clean and very well serviced. Room service breakfast and snacks is very appreciated! The rooftop solarium and jacuzzi with 360 views from the mountains to the sea are breathtaking and memorising. Perfect. Even the recently redone reception is just gorgeous. The staff are so very friendly helpful and full of recommendations and information. Just lovely. Staff incredibly at your disposition with every question or request. Just lovely. The only thing lacking here is: No restaurant to eat directly at the hotel or order room service after 7pm but snacks for room service are excellent and little cute restaurants next door for a quick bit were very good!!! Only Recommend: adding more non-gluten options to room service breakfast menu and extra big coffee cups in the room ( the Nespresso cups are too small). When staying in Menton this is the only hotel to be at! I 100% without a doubt, without hesitation recommend the Hotel Princess & Richmond.

Siamo stati ospiti presso questa struttura per 2 notti. Il personale parla abbastanza bene l'italiano e sono stati da subito disponibili e gentili. L'hotel dispone di un ottimo servizio WF per potersi connettere, la pulizia è ottima e le camere sono ben arredate e con gli spazi necessari. La TV penso sia un 32” e dispone di una cassaforte in camera. Colazione ricca e abbondante con prodotti di prima marca. Abbiamo ricevuto anche dei voucher per poter usufruire del pranzo o della cena. Unica nota per migliorare, il letto matrimoniale erano due letti accorpati e la TV solo due canali italiani che non si vedevano bene. Tutto sommato non sono cose fondamentali e si può tranquillamente farne a meno.
