GGuest UserPros: The receptionist were very friendly and speaks English. Breakfast buffet is included in the rate and were okay. The location is close to everything, walked everywhere. The room is on a smaller side, no fridge and was on the 4th floor. We were able to fit in an extra bed for my daughter. Parking fee were about 9 euros and no in and out privileges and a few blocks away from the hotel. Cons: The reception area were a bit hard to find. Reception is located on the left side from the main hotel entrance.
B & B hotels are generally basic, but good value. This one was certainly basic, had several added advantages:- A proper reception desk - nominally manned 24 hours a day, but the receptionist clearly had other duties so sometimes needed to be sought out; very pleasant and helpful staff; an excellent location by the train station and a short walk across the river from the town centre; good view (from our room) over the river to the town. Sadly the on-site restaurant was closed throughout our stay, but I would nonetheless rate the place as very good for the price we paid.
TTulo123This is one of my favourite hotels as I drive from France to Sweden with my dogs. Lovely staff that always go out for their way to make the stay enjoyable and even let me have room service really late in the evening, when I was tired after a long day of driving, and it normally was finished for the day. They speak good English. But the BEST with this hotel is the beds!! If I could sneak one home with me I would. ;) Super comfortable and lovely fluffy duvets and pillows in spacious rooms with complementary water and coffees and tea. The rooms are spacious. My dogs and I will be back! :)
SShangshanruoshuilanFor business trips, the hotel is very conveniently located, close to the city of Metz, and very convenient for travel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has good service, which is worth recommending.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The staff were not careful: I was called in full congress to ask why I left my business in the room (normal since I booked 2 nights), without having checked the terms of the reservation before: ( The breakfast plates that accumulate on the tables because no one to get rid of.
BBronsteinLike two weeks ago in Ludres, I was overtaken by the Concierge with money claims that were not explainable in part. I had booked on Trip and used Coins. The hotel must at least know that the room is paid. Dumb foreigners take off? The hotel I know for a long time. The rooms are a little bigger than in the neighboring IN hotel and now have a refrigerator and a Senseo machine (photo). The hotel has an elevator and some rooms have a valley view.
It was one of the B & B hotels 3 years ago.
Opening times are limited. Eventually, you are facing closed doors. There is an automatic desk for the reception of the room card.
GGuest Userby late arrival easy to miss the elevator activation procedure (press activate & call- to connect with reception) and you have to climb up to the 6th floor.
Next hussle the payment of 75€ deposit for the room payable by credit card but no amex 🙈🙈🙈 So it wasnt possible as with my german debit card it never worked in france too 🙈🙈
Finally after messaging the boss n waiting his reply it was possible to pay cash for the deposit…..and dont forget you are in france so tourist tax have to be paid as well 🙈😬😬
lets see how the breakfast will be tomorrow morning.
clean room but no fridge, glasses or any nice complimentries/ greenery in the steril room.
We stayed just for one (short) night, the room was calm and clean. A fan was provided as well as a water cooker and cups with tea. Simple bathroom, towels provided as well as soap. Good price. The access is easy and the parking is closed to non-guests.
GGuest UserIt's a cheap basic hotel with small and clean rooms. Basic breakfast, but in accordance with the price. Price/quality ratio is OK. Close to main roads and restaurants.
I've booked one night on TRIP.com, breakfast and taxes inclusive and I received a confirmation by email. Nevertheless, at arrival at the hotel, the deskmanager said that a Chinese firme (so, not directly TRIP.com) made our booking without breakfast and taxes and they claimed the payment.
