The old convents are perfectly renovated in the city centre.Heat and preventive home.A room with a good price for the service.Only a little regret, we would have liked to have dinner in the magnificent dining room on this very The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

nice staff, clean and well equipped room, excellent breakfast, located in the centre of the city which is worth seeing unfortunataly it is not possible to make a reservation for the parking which is behind the hotel, but places are limited, good for a stay with dogs

The hotel has recently been completely renovated. We arrived late and service at the reception was friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom very clean. The breakfast was by french standards good and sufficient. We would certainly stay here again if we are in the region. As a final comment, I would rate the room living up to standards I expect from a 4-star hotel.

Very Good
This hotel has a modern practical and contemporary lay out. It is ideally located in central Dole with free parking nearby and an easy 9 minute walk to Dole Railway Station for excellent rail connections to include the beautiful Hirondelle Line to St Claude. My room on the 2nd floor overlooking the interior courtyard was quiet and just fine in every way. There is a choice of breakfast menus so avoiding those huge expensive buffet spreads for those wanting just a coffee and croissant. Staff were efficient, professional and welcoming. No hesitating in recommending this hotel.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel from the 13th - 18th August 2022, In the evenings we would have two drinks before going to bed, the bar stays open until midnight, One of the nights there was no bartender as she left early, which left the night porter whom I'd never seen before, I approached him and ordered drinks to which he said the bar was closed, i politely reminded him of that the closing time was (midnight) so he got the drinks, albeit reluctantly, i paid him and said we would probably like another one, he said no we weren't getting any more, so as not to annoy him we only had 1 drink. On her way to our room as i finished my drink, my wife asked him for a glass of iced water as she had done every night, Suddenly I heard shouting so I look to see it's the porter shouting at my wife ”no you are getting no water” he screamed at her, trying to reason with him she said ”it's just a glass of water” but the porter aggressively persisted she would have no water, I told him he was a very rude person and that I was reporting him to the manager. The next morning we went to the manager with our complaint but to my surprise she wasn't one bit sympathetic towards us, she just said that she would have a word with him, she didn't even offer us an apology, When we came back the following night the same porter was on duty again but so was the bartender, we were having our drink when we overheard the porter saying to the bartender that he wasn't going to serve us anything, We are both in our mid sixties and in all our years of travel we've never felt so embarrassed or intimidated by a member of staff and over something as trivial as a glass of water! The incident completely soured our stay and really let the hotel down in how A) they let this happen and B) how they handled it. Truly appalling behaviour towards guests. Needless to say we will never be staying at this hotel or any hotel associated with it again...

GGuest UserGlad we chose Mercure for our 4-night stay. For a 4 stars, the rooms are small. However the furniture, the beds are very good quality. Staff was polite and professional and friendly. Location is excellent! We enjoyed crossing through the park and a bridge to reach town within 5 minutes walk. The parking was a huge plus. Breakfast is offers great choice and has quality products. Staff very professional and courteous. Bathroom amenities are basic but good quality shower and shampoo. Nothing else. Do carry your own. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will return again.

After years, we returned to the Mercure Hexagon of Luxeuil-les-Bains, a pleasant termal city. Except for some dressing in the garden, where we had dinner, no improvement in the hotel: small rooms, more from Ibis, lack of lift, scale covered by the increasingly used moquette, which has absorbed odors and dust for years and years, The small room 103 ”SUPERIOR” (?!?) has a tent so vetuous that it has no more elasticity, so that the limbs do not unite, and it is so unusual that there are now holes in the dark tissue, ergo, when the sun rises, His rays hit the eyes of sleepers and wake him before the former sleeper had planned. The hotel displays a sign that signals a smoking department (even in 2024 !??), and in fact also in room 103 ”SUPERIOR” (?!?) NO smokers persist smoke smell. Curiosous the warning in the room: ”BY THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT With bath/douche, but without a spray tender. Eating dinner. Breakfast: eggs sliced with a dressing, sauces burned with a dressing: obviously these are those made early in the morning, at the opening of breakfast, never replaced. I disturb the container: the cover is to be lifted, but there is no room to support it. With only two hands one to hold the plate to be filled, the other to stick the pads to serve, illogicality and discomfort is evident. Cchristoph christophwe stayed there for a night while on the road in france. clean, simple, no frills rooms, free parking, SUPER friendly receptionist staff. we couldn't ask for more, especially at this price😊👍👍👍 will be back there next week again, actually, because we like the non-touristy ”feel” and the friendly people in and around lure (e.g. BAR LE SHOOTER, just 200 metres from the hotel, VERY cool atmosphere on weekends/karaoke thursday!;)) and in the bourgogne-franche-comté region😀. à bientôt au kyriad lure;)!
