A hotel located at the door of the capital. Staff and services at top. Old hotel that nevertheless does the job. Privilege booking via the internet, much cheaper. Snacking and bar at more than reasonable prices. For elderly people only one bemol, ka walk to access the shower is too high
The location of the hotel was just fine as it was very close to the tram and a grocery store right next door, which was very convenient. Staff is mostly friendly. And we did have a nice view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. However, beware that the rooms are EXTREMELY SMALL. It's really just a place to sleep at night. My main complaint is that this hotel is under renovation and if you want to sleep past 8am, DO NOT STAY HERE. The first morning we stayed here the workers were already on the scaffolding outside our window at 6:30am then they started hammering at 7:30am. We complained to the manager later that morning and she immediately spoke to the workers to remind them not to start working until after 9am, which we appreciated. However, the next morning, we started hearing drilling literally right above our room at 8am. It was so loud and so close that I thought I was about to see the drill come through our ceiling. It was so ridiculous that we just had to laugh. This went on for an hour or so. Needless to say, we were all up and no way we were able to go back to sleep. The next few days during our stay we consistently heard hammering every morning starting at 8ish. I really wanted to go to another hotel, but we just tolerated it since we were out most of the day until night time anyway. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON'T STAY HERE WHILE IT'S STILL UNDER RENOVATION. By the way, the hotel's pictures and description reflects a double bed and a bunk bed. Our room in fact had a double bed and a single Murphy bed instead of a bunk bed, which means, there was even less space to move around once that Murphy bed is down. I had hoped it was a bunk bed like the pictures showed as it would've allowed more space in the room, but it wasn't. Was a bit disappointed about that too.
Very good hotel in Clamart nearby everything. No problem to eat in the corner, very well located hotel. Being on the way, no concern to park. Very welcome, very pleasant and small care staff. I recommend

Very bad experience of a 5 day stay in this hotel. Non-soundproofed rooms from one floor to another - which is reflected by the limit of the sound volume of televisions at a level of 25 (compared to 30 or 33 usually). Which isn't a problem if the travelers above aren't making noise, but is a problem if they regularly drop heavy objects or move furniture late at night or early in the morning. I asked 3 times to change rooms, and to invite customers upstairs to take more precautions. Each time I was greeted with a huge smile and the problem was never resolved or even communicated to the other members of staff, to whom everything would have to be repeated each time. For example, the morning after my arrival, I was promised another room for the evening, I started to gather my luggage and when I went to reception to make the change, I was told with a huge smile that the room was not not available. Despite my request, the hotel did not invite the travelers occupying the studio above mine to more silence either, and the noises continued throughout my stay.
I chose it because of the convenient location and familiarity of the brand. It is a 3-star hotel and a basic one, so no in room safe box - which was actually the only disadvantage I found (and believe that nowadays also 3-star hotels should have) or coffee machine. My room was quite spacious and clean with comfortable bed, the bathroom nice and clean as well, with basic toiletries (so no lotion) attached - common but in time of pandemic I would prefer individual ones. Wifi worked nicely, tv with mostly French-speaking channels and few English ones, however without a tone (?). The breakfast was quite nice, various cold dishes including smoked salmon, just eggs as for something warm, fresh orange juice, and Nespresso coffee if you want to pay extra which I gladly did. The staff was professional and helpful. The hotel is near the train station and next to it is a huge building site, however it was not noisy at all.
This is a simple corporate hotel with quite quirky decor and simple rooms. Always friendly with comfortable rooms and good house keeping. It’s not a large hotel and the rooms are modest. The breakfast is usual French hotel style with a small kitchen and buffet serving area. But there is always a lovely selection of cakes, hams and cheeses. They sometimes serve home made cakes which are delicious and the breakfast service is very friendly. Small garden which is nice for a coffee or beer in the summer time.
Terrible experience and Do NOT believe their pictures. Dirty, smelly, careless management and worse reception service. The reception is always chatting with other staff or pretending she/he is busy. The only smiles received you can get is house keeper, reception staff makes sure you get a long face every day, walk out/in from the entrance. This hotel has a long contract with a Chinese telecom equipment company (some Chinese guests during breakfast told me), and this Chinese company contributes many bookings. Assume this is the reason why management and reception are so arrogance and careless, because they are ”safe” from guaranteed bookings, what do they care about quality and improving service. As I refer those negative comments posted before, they don't improve at all. Took some pictures while stay, being a Accor member, will definitely send to its headquarter. I don't know why this hotel dares to claim as 3 stars hotel. What a shame. Even 1 point is too much. 非常糟糕的體驗,不建議浪費金錢在這裡,糟糕的前台服務人員,非常噁心的廁所味道,以及不夠確實的清潔服務。
When we arrived at night, the concierge had his first day. So we missed some details and information. They appologised for this. We as a family of 3 had two double rooms with a connection inbetween. The rooms were new and nice, with a little kitchen and kitchen utilities. Towels and toilet paper was given on a minimum. We had to ask for more. The rooms were small but everything clean and in very good condition. The tram station is just 50 m down the road. We had to park the car in the underground car park. Everything is very new and as well we could charge the electric car. Organic breakfast was available for 14 EUR, which was really good (Croissants, brioches, cakes, different bread, different cold and hat beverages, french cheese, oatmeal, eggs, ham etc.). As it is an Aparthotel the housekeeping comes once a week. If you need something you have to contact the concierge.
My husband and I stayed here for 15 days during the summer in August. I didn’t have the highest expectations when I booked our room because of the low ratings but I’m glad we took our chances. Check-in process was smooth and staff were very friendly and welcoming. When we got into our room, it was better than I expected. The bed was fairly comfortable, free wifi was provided, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals, although the shower was tight (if you are wider built like my husband, it was slightly tight for him) but it wasn’t a big deal. We knew before booking this room that there was no AC so we were prepared for that. The room had a fan which was good enough for us. I noticed there was no iron/ironing board in the room so I went to the front desk and they were able to provide us with one during our stay. They don’t clean the rooms everyday and only cleaned it once during our 15 days there but again, we knew that before we booked so that wasn’t an issue. We walked around in the area quite a bit (even past 10pm) and it seemed pretty safe. It’s only about an 8 min walk to the metro and you could be in the heart of Paris in minutes. We went to Intermarché for our groceries which was only a 5 min walk from our room. The only thing we didn’t like was the room smelt like someone had smoked in it even though it was a non-smoking room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again. It was so much cheaper to stay here than in Paris where prices for rooms are over double the price.
I was going to write a comment that began with “a gallery at €279 per night” and I was glad thanks to Karim, a receptionist who deserved this facility on the evening of my first and second and last day of stay. Karim was fucking an honest and pregnant commercial gesture, showed understanding without depriving his business, promised, acted, took his responsibilities and reintegrated me on a ”more acceptable” price. ... a compensation aux excédents du p... de Yale Management (+ de 50€ d'écart entre le tarif resa et le tarif du jour affiché à l'arrivée) que je dois seulement à lui... pour le reste mon commentaire était le suivant : The hotel is a good hotel, but it is a good hotel... no shower, a bathroom to enjamber (new at the rest) but the exercise remains acrobatic! Catastrophic breakfast on the first day, much better the next day: brown eggs that leave the back cool kitchen, badly discongeled bread, yaourt open for some, At the opening at 6:30, it was the impression that 100 people had already passed. Attention : sold as Vanves Parc des Expositions is 1,5 km walking so better travel light and love a small morning walk (as it is my case... ) if it rains it can become Koh Lanta because no public transport is You will take it ... Breve if you have a lounge at the Porte de Versailles... lock !
