I am Someone who travels extensively and stays a lot in 4-star hotels and I have to say there are a few things about this place it is important to understand as they certainly don't meet the standards that I am used to. I generally select a hotel for having a fitness centre and a spa as this one does. Having paid €119 for a massage I was then told if I wanted to use the spa facilities sauna pool etc I would have to pay another €29 ..ihave never experienced this before and it seems entirely unreasonable to me. Furthermore the gym is not a gym there is not a single weight for lifting in the gym and some very tired cardio equipment.. this is not what I call a fitness centre and certainly not worthy of a four-star rating. The beds are comfortable however I was giving a room at the end of a walkway meaning everybody was looking directly into my room which was not ideal. I ate in the restaurant the staff were very friendly and the food was average. I would recommend to the management that they address some of these issues and understand that their clientele have a level of expectation if they are going to call themselves a 4-star hotel and should work a little better at welcoming them rather than making them feel like they are being exploited for every penny possible. The positives are the room was comfortable the shower was decent the bed was comfortable the area is very pleasant. Additional recommendations at least have some free water for guests on arrival in the room along with the other points that I mentioned and at least get a few weights for the gym area and think about updating some of the equipment.

Hotel was welcoming and clean, staff at reception were friendly and spoke good English. Only issues are there is no restaurant and the one near by wasn't very nice, the rooms were a bit noisy as you could here people in the next rooms and corridor. Plus, the shuttle bus does not start until 7am, which is no good when you have a 7am flight and the taxi charges 18 Euros as standard. However, for a close to the airport, clean and friendly hotel this isn't bad.

Good arrival on the park of castorama... we don't sell any dream! Except the neighbor brittler everything is okay. Cleanliness, reception, comfortable room... There is a nice brewery that is very convenient when you want to stay on the ground. Repair without any problem

En voyage d'affaires, par hasard le 14 février, toute l'équipe a mis les bouchées doubles pour satisfaire tous les amoureux (ou pas) avec un delicieux chocolat en coeur à l'arrivée. Equipe très attentive, dynamique, souriante, au petits soins de ses clients, habitués ou pas mais on sentait un coté très chaleureux des Bretons !!! Et ils savent mettre l'accent sur cette force bretonne : les célébrités bretonnes tapissent les murs, T-Shirts avec citations clins d'oeil bretons (je vous laisse découvrir), far breton et crepes au ptit dej, photo panoramiques dans les chambres de paysages bretons. Restaurant délicieux.J'ai adoré ! Super aussi la réception sur la table, ca fait très, j'arrive à la maison et non pas à l'hotel. Franchement chapeau à toute l'équipe et bravo pour toutes vos idées. J'avais passé la semaine dans d'autres Novotel et n'ai rien ressenti de tout cela :) UN GRAND MERCI et bravo. Kenavo. A une prochaine j'espère.
