We stayed 3 nights with our cycling club and had opted for the half-board option. The rooms were quiet (facing the back of the property). They are a little oldish but sufficient. Wifi was not functioning at the time of our stay due to electrical problems caused by a rainstorm. The location of the hotel is convenient: close enough to the center of the village. Breakfast is plentiful. Would benefit from the addition of scrambled eggs to have more protein. Dinner was very good. Classical cuisine but a good menu with variety.

Located near Lourdes and the spa resorts this fine establishment looks a little like a doll s house. It looks onto a pleasant square in the village of Saint-Savin. The Saint-Martin family welcome guests keen to discover the High Pyrenees National Park Cirque de Gavarnie Col du Tormalet etc . Superb cuisine peace and quiet ensure a memorable stay. Tastefully decorated rooms looking onto the mountains. Dishes with forgotten flavours can be enjoyed on the flower-decked terrace or near the hearth in the lounge in winter. Cooking lessons and a wide range of leisure options available locally.

The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and also multilingual. The rooms were lovely, spacious, modern, clean and we particularly enjoyed the mountain view from the room window. However, the TV was a little small and there was no complementary tea and coffee sachets provided. There is a continental style breakfast offered, but it was slightly disappointing with not much selection and fresh fruit. The location is good and fairly near to the main sanctuary and grotto although there is reasonable distance to town centre, so be prepared to walk a bit and bring sensible footwear. There is also an airport shuttle bus near the hotel at the Paradis bus stop which drops you straight to the airport. We had a good experience on this occasion and will definitely recommend staying especially if you're looking for self-catering residence type accommodation. Thank you Zenitude

The staff was very friendly and welcome. We had a beautiful room. All was perfect and clean we even had a fan that was in the closet. Great night, the floor is quiet you can rest quietly, I recommend.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nickel. Sorry that all this was disturbed by the ”bordel” caused by Spanish-language children who played in the corridors until midnight by laying the doors with grooms and who left the hotel the next day at 5 p.m. without doing any work Also attention to noise. So what to sleep well without being able to do it .....

This hotel is a little gem. Its strength is it staff. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of. We were with Tangney Tours and Linda was an extremely professional and caring guide. Rooms are quite small but clean with maid service everyday. The restaurant staff were fabulous especially Corine's friendly and attentive approach at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Philippa in the restaurant was also excellent. Small bar at reception. 2 lifts and a staircase to access 9 floors.

Very welcoming, cozy, and beautiful with a view of a river from my room. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, I asked for a sellotape around midnight to use for my packing, staff went beyond just to accommodate me. Also good to mention, I was surprised when two lovely staff told me upon checking in that my booking comes with a breakfast, I thought they just made a mistake and so I clarified that I didn’t include breakfast as I will be spending most of my time outside and I had an early flight to Paris, but they insisted and went over the top by saying ‘they can make a sandwich or pack a light breakfast with fruits for me’, amazing and superb service, indeed.
Great location, near the Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Everything was perfect, I would definitely come back and recommend.

We stayed in a twin (corner) room on the fourth floor overlooking the road down to the entrance of the grotto, only a few minute's walk away. The room was large and the cleanliness and comfort were excellent as was the rest of the hotel. Our waiter Anis, who had a great sense of humour/attentive deserves a big thank you.
