The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Not far from TGV Train station. Good breakfast. We stayed with our two dogs. The staff was amazing. We felt at home and we won't hesitate to stay there on our next trip to Belfort.

We had the Ibis Danjoutin both on our outward and return journey, so for 2 nights, and amazing we got twice the same room! The hotel is not bad but not very good either, first of all, the parking is public and is well used by the staff of the school opposite, as well as by the parents who bring their children to school. As for the room, no plug sockets at the bed and in the bathroom! Still a bath with a high entry, and a plastic curtain, and no handhold. Stop of the bath defective, and the button of the toilet defective, also there were only two towels in the bathroom, this was already the case on arrival and also after our second visit! This hotel delivers nothing extra typ the experience. The room was equipped with just one proper towel and a few small ones extra in the wardrobe. However very clean. Beds uncomfortable and the breakfast that they charge 12 euro extra for pp was a true disappointment. I hope,for the hotels sake, that this lack of service was just depending on the current covid situation. Otherwise they need to shape up.

The room was clean and cozy, well organized. The most impressive point about this hotel was the passion and hospitality of the concierge. He was very kind and passionate, and always listening and caring the visitors. Merci pour les chocolats aussi :) If you are staying in Belfort, I strongly recommend everyone to stay here!

This is truly a Grand Hotel albeit it seems that management isn’t sure how far this will be executed. The hallway is stunning with a stairway at the end and beautiful windows. A lot of Art Deco elements. You can’t have a drink after dinner-unless with a reservation- and for a drink at the bathtub I had to put my clothes on again and head to the reception. Moreover, the user manual for the mobile airco is in French only and when a friendly lady explained it was clear that even with an English text I would never have managed. Further: clean, great bed, good bathroom with all you can wish for. The service, both at the reception and later in the room was impeccable. Excellent English proficiency. Recommended.

The hotel was very warm and we were not happy to see the room without air conditioning. We had to sleep open windows to get a fresh look, which unfortunately gave us a passing street where, at all hours, some people were enjoying to make their engine wromb or/and petarader. We would have thought of the night rally. In the room, no shower but a bathroom. On the morning we couldn't have coffee, the machine was in trouble; no alternative, no coffee shop; the employee seemed out of the room. For the proposed ingredients, I have seen much better in other Ibis Styles attended.
