We stayed with my mother from 24 to 28 December 2024. What to say about this hotel, too many negative things and very little positive things Positive: * view of the trails, * rooms are rather well decorated * the framework is magic * the snow-moto activity to go to see the Boreale Auroras Negative: * the pool (announced at 30° but it is only that at 15°) * the food (no varieties, no orange juice, no hot chocolate, many dishes served 3 days later), there was almost just potatoes eaten, rize ... and no local food * staff not listening up and very complicated to get to understand (only English where to know Chinese) * if you go to the ”spa” There is nothing that is borrowed like socks/tongs and a sweater * if you are half-pensioned and you want to eat lunch it is €15/person * the hotel is not suitable for children * when you arrive at the hotel we have been hurried to eat (on arrival at 21:15 and close at 21:30) The activities they propose do not correspond to the description: * the activity with the Rennes, there are 2 proposals: 1 for 1200m and 1 for 300m, In fact, it is that 300 m for only 15 min instead of 1h * activity with the Huskis, it is only a walk on the turn of a lake and it is only turns (or 5 turns or 12 turns) and not a 5km or 10 km balade ...
