The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable. From now on it will be a compulsory stop every time it comes here, and next time I will try the hotel

I wouldn't consider this a 5 star hotel, the views and surroundings are great, but that's about it. The hotel needs a proper renovation, the furniture is outdated and with clear marks of usage, musty and dust covering a lot of areas. The entire place gives a 70s vibe, and not in the good way. The worse bit for me is how poorly sound proofed the rooms are. The corridors' floors are tiled but there's a wide gap between tiles, so when people walk around carrying luggage, it sounds like a freight train just passing outside the room. Not great when that happens early in the morning. The breakfast and restaurant are ok, and most of the staff are nice.

The hotel is located outside the ancient city of Toledo, and parking is free, which is good for self-driving tourists. The hotel is not far from the San Martin Bridge, it takes about 15 minutes to get there; if you have time, you can park your car at the hotel and walk through the San Martin Bridge to enter the ancient city (this bridge can only be pedestrianized). If you drive into the city, you will have a lot of detours. It may take longer than walking. The hotel provides breakfast (included in the room rate). Although there are not many choices, it is not bad. The hotel has a good environment, with its own small yard; the rooms are not big, but they are quite cozy.
The hotel is located outside the ancient city. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the San Juan Monastery. The parking is free and suitable for self-driving. The city view rooms are large and the mattresses are of good quality. The front desk staff are warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is not particularly many, but the quality is good. And fresh. Very recommend this hotel and hope to have the opportunity to stay a few more days next time
Fanatics location for visiting Toledo up in the hills with amazing views and very clean. Terrace you can take your own drinks or food onto plus communal area with microwave. Nice plunge pool with great views. Bust stop right outside takes you right into centre of Toledo takes about 10 mins with great views, bus's are very regular and on time and return you right back outside the hotel. Some free parking onsite on the front but not many although we did get parked on it. Or you can park opposite by the bus stop. Which looks secure due to being up in the hills away from other hotels etc and always seemed to have space. I would have no problem parking our hire car there.
We had booked two nights at the hotel but really considered checking out after the first nigh as a car is required to visit the city and the restaurant was closed. I showed the receptionist their web page and it said that the restaurant was open. A few hours later we were told that a meal would be coked for us and could we choose what we wanted. It appeared that one chef was ill and the other chef came in and cooked just for us, this was a piece of great customer service which we appreciated. I believe that due to covid the hotel was not getting many guests and therefore revenue was down, this also showed in the garden not been kept tidy, although the pool was in good repair. The room required a little tender loving but had a fridge and AC but no safe. The public areas in the hotel were clean and tidy. The panoramic view of the city was spectacular. I feel for the hotel owners as with reduced revenue they did not have enough money to spend on the outside areas, but I think that as the number of guest increase the hotel will shine once again.
This hotel is simply magnificent! The entire stay was faultless, from the checkin to check out, the staff couldn’t have made our stay any better. We enjoyed all the facilities of the hotel from the breakfast through to dinner with a trip to the spa in between! My wife is vegan and quite often finds it difficult to be accommodated in northern Spain, but whilst the menu was limited for her, the staff went out of their way to help. Can’t wait to come back!!

The hotel has a strategic location and is within easy reach of all major attractions. The hotel room is comfortable, clean and tidy, the hotel staff has a very good attitude, and the recommended restaurants are of good quality and low price. The breakfast is rich, tastes good and has many choices. Will definitely come again

This is the old hotel with the most ritual sense of staying during this trip. The location is very good, very close to the ancient street, and it has its own parking lot! It feels like living in a European castle

LLou856This was my first time staying in a parador. I had an amazing experience here. The surroundings of the hotel were stunning with views over Toledo. I saw a beautiful sunrise and sunset. I was lucky enough to get a table at the bar on the terrace to watch the sunset. The breakfast here was one of the best that I’ve ever had in a hotel. The room was amazing. Comfortable and clean. Great bathroom with a great shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was like a dream to stay here. The only downside is that you have to get taxis to the old town and to the train station as the road is not walkable. The pool area is a lovely place to relax and cool off in the afternoon summer heat.
EElena DengaevaThe location is excellent. The design of the hotel and the views of the terrace are spectacular. The staff are very friendly. The very comfortable beds and good couchs. The room is small, but comfortable and warm. I would like to highlight the cleaning, it is of 10. The breakfast is complete and rich.
It was a great stay:) Thanks to all the staff!

SSHUN1. The apartment is located in the ancient city, close to the Bisagra Gate. In the afternoon, I drove to the front of the apartment. The Spanish lady next door was very helpful and informed that the car could be parked for a period of time (resident parking spaces can be parked before 5 pm), and also informed that the front desk is in the building opposite to the apartment, which is a hotel front desk of the same name. deposit luggage). The front desk service is very enthusiastic.
2. For overnight parking, you need to go to a large parking lot three to four hundred meters ahead. The stamped parking fee of the hotel can be discounted about 13.5 euros a day.
3. The ancient city basically walks to visit various scenic spots. There are many restaurants nearby, and it’s even more lively when you walk up to the center of the ancient city. There is also a Carrefour supermarket three to four hundred meters away.
4. On the second day of the tour, I was stolen by similar immigrants with gifts, 30 Euro worth of children’s T-shirts and refrigerator stickers. I would have known that I would reveal my wealth earlier so that I would not let others go from the cathedral to the old bridge in regret. We are not happy anymore, well, it's worthwhile to train children to analyze the memories afterwards.
5. The room seems to have a little retro romance. It is not old and clean. We only need to go up three steps on the first floor and take the spiral staircase upstairs. The kitchen facilities are fairly complete, including a washing machine and refrigerator. The living room and dining room are also quite big. In the bedroom, the quilt on the bed is covered with blankets out of the bedspread. I don’t feel comfortable with the quilt. Let’s go for one night. The toilet is very large, and the electric water heater is like a large 100-liter tank, which is enough to take a shower.

GGuest UserStayed 3 nights on a Leger Holidays tour. Room was ok. Had a safe (but it wasn't secured to the wall which makes it a bit pointless really) Mini bar/Fridge and hairdryer. Free air con that packed up on our last morning. Good spread at breakfast and although the restaurant gets crowded there is also an overflow room. The bad points: 1/. The cafe style bar area isn't really big enough for the size of the hotel, although there is a large lounge area adjacent to the Reception desk and entrance I always feel you lose a bit of atmosphere in these such areas. 2/. We couldn't get cold water out of the basin mixer tap or the shower. It was hot water or nothing. 3/. There was an Iron available on request but there appeared to be only one. So if a guest held onto it you had to go without.
AangrybirdaThe hotel staff were helpful . We were given a room on the ground floor. The hall way in between the rooms are spacious . To our great surprise, despite the furniture inside the room were very old fashion , they were very clean and all the amenities in the bedroom and bathroom were very well designed and handy. We think this hotel must be a very expensive hotel in the good old days. The bath room and the bedroom was really spacious. The room was bright with lamp lights and the bed was comfortable. And we were lucky to be able to met some very helpful and polite spanish in the entrance hall of the hotel. The hotel was located on the the foot of the slopes leading to the tourist attractions uphills. We could easily find a free carpark around the hotel . We think this is the best hotel we had during our 16 days trip to Spain. It is really value for money. If we come back to Toledo, we will definitely choose this hotel again.
GGuest UserEl hotel no está muy bien ubicado, no tiene estacionamiento propio y es muy difícil estacion**** cerca. El hotel esta bonito y tiene todo lo necesario para un estancia agradable pero si es muy complicado estacion**** cerca.
The hotel is not very well located, it does not have its own parking lot and it is very difficult to park nearby. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need for a pleasant stay but it is very difficult to park nearby.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel that we repeat every time we go to Toledo. Great quiet pool to go with the children. The buffet breakfast is also excellent. A 10 to the housekeeping service who brought us a forgotten cell phone in the room when we were checking out. We will be back
