Good hotel, poor restaurant and impolite staff. The room looks nice and clean. We reserved a double bed for an extra price as a room with two single beds was 10 euro cheaper. At the reception, they told us that a double bed is only 1.50m width.... so we choose then go for 2 single beds, but they would not reduce the 10 euro from the price as we had booked already via credit card. The restaurant has a daily menu that we needed to scan via a QR code. We ordered from the daily menu. I ordered the first main dish on the menu card and I got the wrong dish. I ordered fish and I got pork. When telling this to the waiter, his answer was “this is the way we serve it in Spain, maybe it is different in your country “ . He showed us the menu and seems that the menu he had was different then from the hotel webpage that we scanned via the QR code he gave us. After a long discussion they realize their mistake and gave me my fish. My wife got a main dish which was so salty that she could not eat it. I tasted it and it was disgusting. When saying this to the waiter. He did not react. So very poor service and very unprofessional staff. So if you want only to sleep, then the rooms are great for the price. If you also want to use the restaurant then it is better to find another hotel in the neighborhood of Salamanca.

The hotel has its own large car park for easy self-driving tour. The hotel is in an excellent location, overlooking the old town of Salamanca. The hotel restaurant service is very good, the breakfast is rich and the quality is high. The ”Spanish sirloin” in the local dinner set is full of heat and meat, which is worthy of special recommendation. The hotel lobby and room cleaning service maintains the brand's consistently high standard and is satisfactory.

The rooms were gigantic. The beds were good.The bathrooms were big and well lit. The hotel is dated and in need of updating. The breakfast price and selections and atmosphere all something to skip. Front desk people very nice. The breakfast room was policed by an unfriendly man whose priority was making sure everyone paid and no one walked out with any food. Very policeman-like guy who ruined our 2 breakfast times.

The hotel was better than expected. There is a petrol station with good oil prices and free parking. There is also a white line in the side lane of the hotel to park for free. Do n’t put valuables in the car. The room facilities are a bit old but not affected at all, and the bath products are also very good. The only thing that can be said is that the breakfast for 8.5 Euros / person is not good enough, and there are too few choices, such as few types of bread, no fresh tomato puree ... It is recommended to eat in the city.

La ubicación al centro de Salamanca esta a algo menos de media hora andando, no es que sea excesivamente buena pero tampoco para desplazarme en coche o taxi. La piscina es mas pequeña de lo que aparenta en las fotos. El jardín y el restaurante del jardín merece bastante la pena. El parking NO es privado, puede entrar cualquiera andando y en coche y que yo sepa no esta vigilado por cámaras, es parecido a dejarlo en la calle. En la misma puerta del hotel hay un Mercedes gris antigüo que sale en algunas fotos que parece abandonado y da una primera presencia del hotel un poco cutre. Las instalaciones del hotel necesitan una buena reforma, sobre todo por fuera. También hay que recalcar el precio, es muy barato lo cual para mi merece la pena y probablemente no tendría ningún problema en volver, me parece un precio justo y competitivo. El personal muy simpático y servicial, excepto un recepcionista con gafas y barba gris, bastante antipático. El resto muy bien sobre todo las señoras de la limpieza, encantadoras. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas y nuestra terraza inmensa, muy apetecible. Recalcar para mal, que el ruido de fuera no se escucha apenas y eso que esta en la misma carretera que va de Salamanca a Santa Marta y viceversa, pero las habitaciones, a nivel de insonorización LAMENTABLES, se escuchaba bastante el ruido de las de al lado y sobre todo, el ruido del pasillo, cuando pasaban andando, hablando o arrastrando las maletas los demás huéspedes se escuchaba como si estuvieran pasando por la misma habitación, lo cual por las mañanas nos despertaban muchísimo, todas las mañanas nos despertaban con una barbaridad de ruido lo cual no te permite desconectar y descansar como quieras. Volvería por el precio, pero si lo subiesen, no lo haría. No pagaría mas por eso.
