They were relaxed and calm and nothing seemed a problem despite the fact that the were quite busy. Roxana Lopez on the front desk was wonderfully helpful and deserving of a mention as was Bernardo Perez who worked he foyer area snack and drinks bar was great to meet at the end of our day. A truly relaxing experience. Great hotel and staff, we will be back.
