We had a lovely stay for our anniversary. The staff were so lovely and made us feel special from the moment we walked through. The room, reception and outside area were clean and in excellent condition. We honestly would have been happy to just stay in the hotel by the pool. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby which helped and great buses into Palma and the airport made our stay convenient. We would highly recommend.

這家酒店要15:30入住，入住會進行一波推銷，要你升級房型，然後説現在升級衹需要99歐元，然後加上税，最後變成多加110歐元，我覺得推薦不是很舒服。而且看着前台態度特別好，但是有點假。房間還是可以的，是側面海景房。
然後就是電梯，雖然有三個，但是專門不能使用。
然後酒店在斜坡上，停車位置有限，很難停，而且一晚上停車費不便宜。
房間洗漱用品是陶瓷罐，放在特別小的平台上，但是洗澡的時候，你需要擠，導致沐浴露罐會倒到地上。
早晨是點單式，雖然味道不錯，但是有點油。吐司都是橄欖油煎過，所以特別油。
門口沙灘第一晚碰到晚上全被淹沒，第二天沙灘慘狀，但其實白天入住的時候還是很漂亮的。
但是酒店房間還是不錯，看出去還可以。

We booked a low-priced sea view room on a certain website (I thought it was a promotion so the price was lower), but when we checked in, we found that this was a slum-style sea view room. It felt like all the people living there were Asian, African, and Latin American brothers (crossed out). There was a sea view, but the room was really dark and low, and our room was connected to the one next to it. I immediately checked the rooms for that day and found that there were still rooms available and the price was lower than what we booked. Even if it was a sea view room of one level, it was lower than the price we booked. I went to the front desk and asked for a paid upgrade (we really could accept the paid upgrade, after all, we came all the way here), but the front desk said that the manager was not there and had to wait until tomorrow, and the paid upgrade also had to wait for the manager. The hotel contacted us early the next morning, and the manager helped us solve the problem. We like the hotel very much. Their sea water is very good, especially suitable for swimming, and the sea view is also beautiful. I feel that many British people go to this hotel, and bus No. 4 can also reach the door. It's OK to go to the pier to take a boat to the sea. We will go again.

It was so good! It was a dreamlike hotel.
Because it's an annex, I have to walk to the swimming pool and breakfast, but the road is so beautiful, so it's another pleasure
The staff were so friendly and the service was good 👍🏻
If I go to Palma again, I'll go again.
I recommend having breakfast and spending a long time at the hotel.

It is an apartment-type hotel with kitchen facilities. First of all, the pool is very well-made and the accessibility to the beach restaurant is good. Among the restaurants, the restaurant called Amour? (the most luxurious of them) is still memorable because it provides really delicious food and service without having to go to other restaurants. The room is not that good, but considering the accessibility to the sea and the surrounding environment, it is okay!
