Very friendly staff. Smooth check in. Room is very modern and clean. Ample lighting and plenty of electric outlets. Conveniently placed in town center. Nice restaurant by reception. Reception closes at midnight, but guest have access to come and leave 24hrs a day. Make sure to check in before reception closes.

Nos quedamos solo una noche, pero el trato fue estupendo. Edu, el recepcionista fue super simpático y agradable. Cerca de los apartamentos hay un centro comercial y varios supermercados cerca, literalmente a 3 min en coche hay un mercadona y un carrefour. La limpieza del apartamento estaba perfecta y nos dejaron toallas de más. El apartamento disponía de todo lo necesario en cuanto a menaje y demás, incluidos productos de limpieza, como para fregar los platos. La única pega que le pondría, si es que tuviera que ponerle alguna, sería la almohada, que sí que es cierto que para mi era muy finita, pero es algo muy personal y particular. Si volvemos por Santander (que espero que sí), nos volveremos a alojar aquí sin duda.

Room was fine...food in restaurant was enjoyable...but Sunday the restaurant was closed.. with no other nearby restaurants.. And no kettle to make our own morning tea/coffee. .the view being a little industrial ..good value for money before return ferry.

Un hospedaje excelente muy limpio e higiénico. Relación calidad y precio inmejorable. Amplio y confortable. Muy interesante para familias con hijos y cerca de los medios de transporte, tren y autobús.

The hotel is located in an industrial estate, about 20 minutes by car from the center of Santander. The facilities were not bad, but there were some pipes in sight and some stained carpets in the hall. The room itself was pretty good, it was large, and the bathroom was very spacious too. The only thing we missed was a minibar, but everything else was fine. I would surely stay there again.

Brand new structure (opened at the end of July 2022) in a suburban area near the busy Santander ring roads. Spacious, colorful and very pleasant common areas, friendly and welcoming staff even if the very young age betrays on occasion the lack of experience. Room not very spacious and rather basic with the idea, as scenic as it is uncomfortable, of the shower in the center of the room and only the toilet in a very small separate space. Going to the bathroom you can experience the same experience as astronauts in a Soyuz. Good soundproofing but occasionally a few sirens are heard. The rest, however, was perfect and the beds were also comfortable. It was difficult to find it despite google: the entrance is in a secondary street where, however, there is no sign; it would be enough to add an indication to signal the entrance. We did three laps (of the ring roads and holy navigator!) Before figuring out where the entrance was. There is also a bus stop just a stone's throw away. Free private parking around and under the structure but I don't know if there is enough space for all guests. Very problematic air conditioning: there are thermostats in the room but they do not work or are not enabled, so the air is managed room x room by a panel at the reception to which we had to ask three times to turn it on, then lower it and finally turn it off x night because noisy and annoying given the small size of the room. Very negative We didn't try the breakfast but all in all it seemed like a good point of reference for a stop & go near the airport where actually there are not many alternatives in Santander while I would not recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Surely the young management has some points for improvement but the structure is of a good standard
