After reading all the comments and having been on the site I think people exaggerate or do not understand where they go. The hotel is very good for the price it has obviously you can't expect to pay little and be in a 5-star hotel so nothing more to say.

I spent only a few hours there, just enough to get there, sleep and rest near Madrid and at a reasonable price. Room without great frills, but comfortable, quiet and clean, which was what I was looking for. It was difficult for me to find it due to problems with the GPS and they were attentive calling me in case I had any problem. Free WIFI.

The hotel looks FANTASTIC. It’s a designer’s dream. The location is perfect. However, for a 4-star hotel and at that price (high for Alcalá) I was expecting some slippers, more choice of pillows and tea-coffee facilities inside the room. For a tea, I had to go to the bar next door and carry my boiling tea all the way to my room. Also, the mattress is HORRIBLE. I had a horrible night because it was so hard. I would invest in new mattresses. There wasn’t any extra duvet in the room either.
I would return to try the Spa and if they change this basic things (tea boiler and mattresses), I would consider staying again since the place is so gorgeous.

We stayed here for two nights and had a lovely stay. Our room got upgraded so we had a slightly larger room with sofa bed which was great for our baby, plus we had a mini bar. The bathroom was really nice, with a lovely big shower. The hotel has coffee machines downstairs which are free to use. Staff were very friendly. It has plenty of parking outside including Tesla electric car charging points. Location wise, there are quite a few places to eat in walking distance, but it's quite a way out from the city centre, so not really somewhere you would stay if that's your goal! But for us it was great!

GGuest UserCon un vuelo programado para el dia siguiente, hicimos noche en este magnifico hotel por su proximidad al Aeropuerto de Barajas y por un precio inigualable. Teniamos dos habitaciones reservadas, una superior, amplia y comoda (detalles de botella de cava y agua), otra standar, más pequeña pero acogedora. A destacar que el hotel admite mascotas y nosotros ibamos con nuestra perrita Paty. El hotel dispone de un amplio parking gratuito para aparcar sin ningun problema. El desayuno estuvo bien en lineas generales y nos sentimos muy a gusto en su amplio salón. El personal fue muy amable y correcto. Me gusto la fachada del hotel Hotel muy recomendable.

Bboro243I spent only a few hours there, just enough to get there, sleep and rest near Madrid and at a reasonable price. Room without great frills, but comfortable, quiet and clean, which was what I was looking for. It was difficult for me to find it due to problems with the GPS and they were attentive calling me in case I had any problem. Free WIFI.

DdehaanvAfter reading all the comments and having been on the site I think people exaggerate or do not understand where they go. The hotel is very good for the price it has obviously you can't expect to pay little and be in a 5-star hotel so nothing more to say.
