Search Your Cala Millor Hotels

I booked the Senator in Cala Millor for a 6 night break for myself to chill out and relax. I knew the area and the fact that the hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, shops and bars and 10 yards from the beach and so this made it a perfect location. I loved the room design and the lovely walk in shower. Vegan toiletries are provided so no need to take any with you. There’s also a hairdryer and, best of all, a fridge in the room along with tea and coffee making facilities. There’s a large tv but I struggled to find any English channels. Small criticism was the lack of plug sockets next to the bed to plug my phone in overnight. These were on the other side of the room. I also had no outside balcony or view but that was fine. The bed was amazingly comfortable and, although the hotel was quite full it was very quiet. I loved the rooftop pool which was perfect for cooling down in. At only 90cm deep it’s not really for swimming in. The hotel had a fair few books available in the lobby which was great for me as I read a lot on holiday. The only downside with the hotel was the lack of food available. They did a limited continental breakfast in the ground floor restaurant from 8-10.30 but there was no lunch or evening food and nothing available from the poolside bar either. Whether this was coming later in the season I don’t know. I believe the hotel is adults only too which I hadn’t realised when booking but which probably helped with the peace and quiet. The hotel appeared to have mainly German customers in the 6 days I was there. The rooms were cleaned every day and the whole place was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly too.

The hotel location is perfect as it is opposite the beach and a lovely promenade which stretches from Cala Millor to Cala Bona and has a wonderful cycle track. The hotel is clean and stylish and the staff were friendly and helpful without exception. The outdoor pool is spacious set in lovely well maintained grounds with plenty of sunbeds which meant that no-one bothered to reserve the sunbeds. There is a nice bar area next to the pool plus a lovely pay area for children which is well shaded from the sun. The daytime and evening entertainment is fairly average but having said that, all the entertainment staff worked hard. The bedrooms are stylish, ,spacious and clean with a kettle provided. The air conditioning works well and the beds are very comfortable. The quality and variety of food is very good. The area is lively at night with lots of shops, bars and restaurants but the hotel is on the outskirts so it is nice and quiet at night. There are lots of things for children to do in the area and a Noddy Train that runs from Cala Millor to Sa Coma. There is also a ferry that runs between Sa Coma, Cala Millor and Cala Bona or a lovely walk around the headland from Cala Millor to Sa Coma with a bar/restaurant and small fort at the point of the headland. The only negative with regard to the hotel is the lack of english TV channels except for five different news channels but at least you come home well informed about world affairs!

The hotel was clean, beds comfortable, personal friendly , kind and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was really nice. The public bus stop was near the hotel , 3-4 minutes., the centrum with many shops and restaurants was 10 minutes walking . We really enjoy our staying in the hotel.

Excellent hotel, fabulous food and always plenty of choice to suit everyone. Staff, without exception, were friendly and attentive. Cleanliness was top class throughout. Location couldn't have been better, with the shopping street at the front and a gate (from the lovely pool area) took you quickly to the beach. Side sea view was very nice from our large balcony. Room was well equiped (a coffee/tea tray would have been good, but the tiniest detail) Great bathroom and shower. Fab cocktails and drinks choices in the hotel at sensible prices. Lots of nice bars close by too. Some reviews mention the hotel has mainly German guests, we didn't find this a problem at all. Jet 2 were excellent (as always). I would return here without any problem. Thanks to everyone in the hotel, we had a wonderful time!

Slightly under whelmed after a great start. Arrived very early in the morning and there was a snack laid on fr late arrivals A*. Food fo rthe time was as to be expected from a £* hotrl buffet some nice touches with the chocolate fountain.Room was clean bed was OK. Toilet that you couldnt sit on properly as your knees are under the basin and head above the basin Hmmm. The staff were good but just need a few more on the bar by the pool quit long queues at some points. The lack of any sort of evening entertainment unless you went outside to an associated bar ( not inclusive) a major let down, The evening bar was stark and very bright with no music almost as if you were not wanted there. If your looking for typical Spanish hotel entertainment in the evening dont stay here. Would we stay again no which is a shame as good location etc but just lacked. Could do with a lounge open during the day if the weather is off

Arrived at 5am after a 6 hour delay and not feeling In the best of moods, met by a lovely lady on reception who immediately put us at ease, offering champagne and food. Explained all about the hotel etc. She was amazing think her name began with M (apologies) Room is OK nice view. The door entry is attached to a funky bracelet on your wrist. Staff are amazing and the food is ok. Some people complain about the food but we have found no issues. Sea and shops 5 minute walk. For a quite relaxed holiday defo recommend They found out we were on our honeymoon and we found champagne and chocolates In our room, very welcome suprise.

Very good hotel. Very clean, good breakfast and dinner, and great location next to the sea.
