The hotel is really good, but the floor in the room is made of wood. If it touches you, like we were on the first floor, the noise upstairs is very annoying. Also in our case, we arrived at 5:00 am after the event, and at 9:00 am the cleaning staff made so much noise and made so many noises and noises that we had no choice but to Able to get dressed and leave without rest after informing them in person. In this regard, this is the worst experience we have ever had because it gives the impression that they want you to leave the room as soon as possible. For this reason, I will not come back, although the facilities are better than what a three-star hotel usually provides.

This hotel is located very well, the opposite room is very poorly soundproofed, it ignores the main street and all sounds can be heard, the hotel is 4*, very neglected, the whole hotel now needs reform, maintenance leaves many shortcomings, air conditioning breaks out On the first day, throwing water on the floor, the solution, in case our feet slipped and the air was damaged, so to me, it was as if it were 2* towels on the hotel floor, I will not repeat.

Very close to the bus station to the airport, the environment is relatively clean, relatively quiet, there is basically no vehicle sound outside when sleeping, travel can be preferred!

GGuest UserThis hotel is in a beautiful and quiet area in Valle de Sedano, near a waterfall. The hotel itself is quaint and rustic. The staff are very nice and friendly. The younger staff, the young men, speak English, which is really appreciated as it’s not always the case in Spain, and not all of us speak Spanish. The room we were given was a bit smaller than the photos, but still comfortable. The ceilings are low on the top floors, so watch your head.
The only thing I can say negative about this hotel is that there is no parking possible nearby as it it up on a hill with very narrow uphill streets to get there. You have to leave your car at the bottom of the hill outside the village and climb up by foot to the top. Yes, their website stipulates this but not on the Trip.com website. As my husband is a civil handicapped person, we were exceptionally able to arrange to leave our car near the hotel for our short stay, but it was REALLY exceptional. If you are handicapped or mobility reduced, you shouldn’t stay there, unfortunately. Anyway, the drive up to and down from the hotel on those unbelievably narrow maze of streets is really too stressful. I don’t recommend it. But if you are otherwise young and fit, I highly recommend it. It’s peaceful, beautiful, amazing scenery, good food and friendly staff.

Location was great for us as we needed to stop for the night on our way to Portugal. The bed was really comfortable and big, we slept 2 adults and a 2 year old really well.
The place was also super clean, as I arrived I took my shoes off and my feet were as clean as before, no dust or any dirt anywhere.
The only downside for us was the bathroom state, it definitely needs work done to it, the shower was almost coming off the wall and the black mould on the walls really put us off.

WWhats-the-dealIt is I. The outskirt of the city. Down stairs is a bar and restaurant. I was there on the weekend. So it is full of people until midnight. Service people are friendly and helpful. Would recommend
