Entre tanta confusión y opiniones exacerbadas de gente q quiere un 5 ***** a precio de hostal,voy a arriesgarme a definir a tales individuos...Llegué a las 20 de la tarde y me atendieron igual o mejor que en Alfonso XIII, copas frias,gente profesional ,piscinaso,gran suite y pedazo de hidromasaje por 50 €..l y demasiao barato el precio pa la calidad del sitio(dedicado a los tiesos) ...lo demás son pamplinas y opiniones de gente q se queja hasta en el mejor 5***** del mundo..Al nabo con ellos....HOSTAL NUEVA ANDALUCIA ❤

Without a doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in! We stayed at Legado Oromana Hotel as it is not too far from Seville. María, the lovely hotel receptionist that checked us in, was incredibly helpful and provided us with guidance on getting to Seville via public transport. María also provided us with maps of Alcalá de Guadaíra and Seville. This made our lives so much easier and saved us lots of time and money! The hotel itself is lovely, with stunning views of the village. The rooms are well kept, have good amenities, and were regularly cleaned. There is also an on sight restaurant that does breakfast buffets. The staff are super friendly and the food was great. You can also really easily arrange taxis by asking at reception which we found really useful. My wife secretly mentioned my birthday while we were over there and arranged with the staff to bring a little treat to our room as a surprise for me - this was so sweet and again, the staff were incredible in this gesture. We also received recommendations for great places to visit and eat locally (thank you Franc!)The staff were very accommodating and hospitable, and were happy to attend to our requests. Despite our basic Spanish, the staff were also very patient and understanding. As our first proper holiday, the staff at Legado Oromana Hotel made it a very special one. We were really sad to leave, but look forward to coming back. A special thank you to María, Franc, and Julio for your incredible service and hospitality. Pros: Near the airport- 15 minutes taxi drive, which cost us 25€. We booked the taxi via the hotel Clean and spacious room with well functioning A/C Parking available with charge There are restaurants available near the hotel There is breakfast available but we skipped it. Professional staff Cons: No direct shuttle bus/transfer from the hotel to the airport The flush in the toilet was not working well. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom

In the more peripheral areas of the town, it is convenient to go to Seville. The parking garage is very good. You can temporarily stop it when you have time on the side. After you check in, you can brush the room card into the basement and go directly to the room floor. The breakfast was good, but there was no egg service, and there was a lack of fresh tomatoes and ham and other meats, but the fruit was very rich.

Small hotel, dormitory type, but in modern times, part of the pool is very beautiful, there is more flirtatious atmosphere from 5:00 pm, because they can enter the pool people who do not stay in the hotel, if you are looking for that Kind of good atmosphere. There is no restaurant in the hotel, the one next to the swimming pool is Asian cuisine, which is a bit expensive for me, and the food is delicious. The breakfast is buffet style in the lower room and lacks variety. The experience is not bad, but we will not repeat it because it is not a little bit of the environment we are looking for.

I call trip.com customer service and after 40 minutes of waiting, charging me a fortune for the call, I call the hotel again to demand a solution, which from the beginning they had told me could not be solved... Excuse me, but I have 2 children, one 9 months old and the other 9 years old, we sleep together in a large bed. Is an extra bed possible even if I have to pay for the supplement? Clear!! The girl tells me, well it would have saved me 40 minutes of calls in time and pocket and in the event that they caught me, I would have canceled (I think). For a room with two joined beds 20 euros more. We entered everything very clean but unsustainable heat. We called and they told me that they will go up to see him as soon as they can. Thank you!! While we will be in the pool!! A very small but very clean pool full of sunbeds of which we have not been able to take advantage of any because everything was full and there was no room in the pool (and I came to take the heat off my children ....) We go up and it's still terribly hot, I bathe my baby, I put him to sleep, I and my daughter have some soda and it's just that it couldn't be done anymore... Sorry, I'm very sorry to bother you, but it can't be hot in this room, to which the receptionist responds that I should move to another one. I return to pick up all the loads for the sleeping baby in the backpacks' arms... Not even an apology... Okay, thank you very much!! This room is much smaller, it does not have a bathtub as my daughter loves, there are ants and the bed is much smaller than the extra one we had for which they made me pay 20 euros. Well, again we took everything out and decided to go to the pool again after such a huge loss of time in which there is still not a single pin to fit in but we still fit in as best we can and let the children cool off. Suddenly some shouting between two girls, insults and a little bit of hair pulling, the jealousy, anger and toxicity of these girls in front of older people, small children and everyone who was there at the time was embarrassing. Anyway, I went back to the room and the air really gets cold here.

Good hotel for airport. Secure parking €5 per night. Arrived after 22.00 check in easy. Rooms easily accessed by elevator or stairs. Rooms a little dated but large and clean. Breakfast had good variety and great service. Downside WiFi not working and windows did not lock. Dangerous if young children staying also security risk as area has late night bars.
