Splendid location, absolutely immaculately clean, friendly staff, lovely Spa. Some great restaurants around the harbour and the beach a 5 minute walk. Great value for money, we did have a sea view room which was great, bathrooms very modern and great double shower. Thank you

A very ordinary apartment hotel. I was already there more often. This time the bedroom was quite narrow and I had no sea view. The hotel was very surprised full. The hotel has a good tapas bar with cheap offers. There are other bars and restaurants in the surrounding area with Spanish guests. Beach about 500m. There are only a few free parking spaces. Lovely relaxing break away with family, didn't find much to do here but that's what we wanted nice and relaxing, children absolutely loved the pool and the staff that look after the children's entertainment are pretty good, our kids were 13, and 9. The pool doesn't allow large inflatable toys so it creates a problem for the lifeguard when the shop in the hotel sells them to the kids and doesn't tell them, that they can't use them very naughty, makes the mums and dads angry but you don't get anywhere when you try a d complain. Some of the older staff members in the bar around the pool and the bar at night are very ignorant they aren't consistent with things like what the younger members of staff do for you, but all in all its a nice hotel with lots of friendly staff 😀 We had bed and breakfast for 2wks and it was perfect the food was spot on and the room was nice and clean the housekeeping staff was lovely 😍

If you have a car to move this hotel, I think it's perfect to know Almería capital and the rest of the province. It's very easy to access the Viapark shopping area where the hotel is located from the highway A7. The staff is pleasant. The rooms are spacious and very bright, the king size bed and with a super comfortable bed. The bathroom is also spacious, modern and clean, with a super big shower. There are no parking problems and there is a Carrefour hypermarket right in front.

We stayed for 3 nights and played golf twice. The hotel looks quite grand when you arrive,and we had no trouble parking, although it’s low season. In high season I expect you would have difficulty finding a parking space outside, in which case you would have to pay to park in the hotel underground facility. Our room had a lovely view with a small balcony over the swimming pool. It was fully functional and clean, but pretty tired. The air conditioning seemed to have been set to winter mode, so the room was 25C. Maybe okay for Spanish guests, but far too hot for us. The chamber maids, maintenance man, then hotel Director all tried to rectify the problem, which was subsequently rectified the following day. We were offered a move to an apartment, but didn’t fancy that. The beds in the room were also too hard for us, and the maids put on toppers the second night which made them a bit softer. Breakfast was pleasant, standard fare. We didn’t have dinner, but ate in the bar, which again was fine. We sat out on the terrace one lunchtime in the sunshine, and I suspect the pool area is lovely in high season. One lunchtime, the hotel recommended a restaurant in Aguadulce, restaurant Mistela Gastronomia, which was excellent. Very easy and cheap to get a taxi there and back. We played golf twice. Both days were at the weekend, but the course was very quiet, and we were not paired with anyone else. Very unusual even in low season. The area, and course is very hilly, so I would recommend a buggy (unless you’re super fit). It’s a woodland course, which I found quite interesting and challenging. Any water features are dry at the moment. ‘Rustic’ is the description I would use to describe the course. The pro shop were very friendly and surprisingly well stocked with a variety of clubs. It’s difficult to see how the hotel has achieved 5 star status, but the place grew on us, as all of the staff were so friendly. Despite having to complain, everyone we came into contact with tried their best to help, and seemed to want us to have a nice time. Not sure we would return, but we had a pleasant couple of days.

Las fotos no le hacen justicia. Elegimos el apartamento de 2 habitaciones y nos sorprendió su amplitud, su limpieza y una gran terraza que daba hacia el mar. Todo un acierto ya que hicimos la reserva apenas 15 días antes. A pesar de estar lleno, se respiraba gran tranquilidad y la playa está apenas 5 min andando. Está muy bien ubicado, por los alrededores hay restaurantes, tiendas y un paseo marítimo con algunos bares. El aparcamiento es horroroso menos mal que los apartamentos contaban con aparcamiento privado. Lo recomiendo y volveremos.
