Overall not bad, very small room. Surrounded by small villas, there is also a beautiful little lake, very clean. Not far from the small train station. The Thai restaurant next to it is not clean, there are flies, and the spoon has not been cleaned.

The hotel delivers exactly what you'd expect. You get a room with bed and bathroom. They have comfortable beds, and I really like that they have 2 beds that you can push apart if you want to. The bathroom is perfect as is, it has a shower and has decent shower gel and soap as well. I was satisfied with the breakfast as well, they had gluten free options and a nice selection. Compared to other places they are very decently priced as well.

The hotel adopts a fully self-service mode. Before check-in, you must go through the check-in procedure online (remember to pay attention to the email notification) in order to obtain the door password and room electronic key. It is not very friendly to guests who need manual service. But if you need anything, you can contact WhatsApp customer service at any time, and you will usually receive a reply soon. The hotel does not provide free cleaning services, but all consumables (such as towels, toilet paper, coffee tea bags, scouring pads, etc.) are fully provided and can be taken by yourself. Please pay attention! There is no air-conditioning in the room. We opened the windows for ventilation this time. Please evaluate your needs by yourself. The hotel provides free laundry and drying services, which is great! At the same time, there are also small welcome gifts in the room, which is very heartwarming. The hotel is close to the subway station and there are two large chain supermarkets nearby. The location is very convenient.

Terrible example of a Marriott hotel. Reception staff were fantastic as was the gym but that’s it in terms of anything good here. Firstly you get zero benefits for being a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Member, no upgrade, no welcome gift, no bottle of wine in the room, no nice view, nothing. Everyone gets breakfast so that’s no benefit. The cleaning was appalling. My bed was not made half the time. My dishwasher tablets were not replaced. My coffee pods were not replaced. My towels on occasions were also not replaced. My bins were not emptied on several occasions. I left them plenty of time to come in and change everything. It seems that they don’t work afternoons! The Nespresso machine was also not emptied. The breakfast was bland and they didn’t even serve Danish bacon and just had the same items each day. I only went there a couple of times. Luckily there’s a Netto/Lidl next door so I went there to get breakfast instead. The gym is great. The room itself is fine apart from the fact that my view was other rooms! Considering how far ago I booked this I thought that I would get a water view. They had building work going on above my room which they didn’t tell me about before I arrived. You can also hear all the footsteps from upstairs which is also very noisy. But the worst thing about the hotel is the lift. There is only one for everyone’s use. So when they have deliveries and the men are sweaty they block the lift so you can’t use it and then when you go in it it stinks. The cleaners also use that same lift so you have to ride with other people’s rubbish! Why don’t they have two lifts? One for services and one for guests? This is a new hotel, you would think having two lifts would be a basic requirement. The wifi was also a nightmare, I had to login on both my mobile and laptop several times a day. The counter staff are very lovely, smiley and friendly but that and the gym are the only decent things about this hotel. Avoid.

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in late May 2024. You get the “new” feeling for everything given it is indeed just a few months in operation. The hotel is located in a very quiet and safe residential area by the port. During the day, you can expect “some work” going on around the vicinity but it is fine in my opinion. The room is considered self sufficient (no mini fridge, no bedroom slippers, no phone with just a few hangers). It is of a reasonable size for one, max two persons. Bed and pillows are comfy. The breakfast offered is unlike the usual massive buffet range but is considered very decent and healthy. Question is how much can one consume over breakfast. Several cosy eateries and supermarkets are located within walking distance. You can also chill or catch some good sun by the boardwalk nearby where people swim and yoga inside the little hut. If you wish to save some money, you should take the train from the airport and walk around 10-15mins to the hotel. Otherwise, taxi from the airport to the hotel vice versa can set you back by DKK500/- just for your guide. Rental of bicycles are available at DKK150/- per day at the hotel (new bikes). Traveling to the city, one-way transport by either bus or metro would cost around DKK24/-. Lastly, you can expect to be greeted by extremely courteous, friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Great studio flat in the tower section of the hotel for a long weekend. I chose it for the proximity to Parken concert venue (20 min walk) and also v convenient transport link downtown for sight seeing. Less than a minute walk from the underground and train. Beautiful clean flat with amazing view (1542 or 1541 have the best view). Helpful staff and also great gym n swimming pool guests can use. Nearby grocery shops if you don’t want to eat out all the time. Highly recommended.

I got a single room for 3 nights in Copenhagen. It's in a quiet area easy to get the metro around the city. Most of the staff were nice enough without being that friendly, especially the older lady she should lighten up. The breakfast is ok although should have some more choices like bacon, sausage and eggs. There is laundry which was handy. It's definitely not a social hostel unlike acouple of others I visited to meet friends I met. But the wifi and room and good price make it a pretty good choice. 3 check in and 10 check out abit harsh I think.
