Wir haben mit 44 Personen ein sehr schönes Wochenende im FederWerk verbracht. Das Hotel ist sehr modern. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Die Sanitäranlagen sind behindertengerecht und sehr sauber. Das Restaurant hat uns mit leckeren 3- und 4-Gang-Menüs verwöhnt. Als besonderen Service durften wir inmitten unserer heiligen Blechle Speisen. Alle waren begeistert! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell.

GGuest UserLovely hotel: mid-range price, very nice rooms with great views, clean and spacious. Restaurant on site is very good! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is secure in a gated garage. Location is in town but up hills so driving down to the center is recommended. The hotel included passes to the museum which is a really nice place to eat and the museum was very good! We spent more time there than expected.

Staff gets A+ for service. Janice at reception was so helpful with every request. Food here is excellent. Recommend the Caesar Salad. Room is large, brand new and clean. Bar open 24/7. Good location of you want to explore Black Forest. Definitely recommend.

GGuest UserWe were in this hotel for 3 nights for a group tour in the black forest, we stayed here and we moved on several stages in the day. Slightly decentralized, but still close to several supermarkets. Clean and quite modern rooms. Essential and unexcessful breakfast....ma you could give more. Doulent notes? I'm going with the list: 1. Personal reception scortey and unavailable (I asked for a further couch and they answered that nn had 🙄..... ; they gave me a further shower fabric and the day after I took it again, arguing that the towels were to be 2+2 for each room and not more .....mah . Please understand!!!!); 2. At any request nn I pointed to myself how many times they sbuffed and raised their eyes to the sky; 3. This is a real girl ....My husband dropped for breakfast at 8.10 and he was told that for the group breakfast was served from 6.30 to 8.00 and not later ....N.B the breakfast hours were from 6.30 to 10, 00.....QUINDI??? Why THIS DIFERENCE????? GOOD GOODS ARE CLOSED ..... Then we found that breakfast from 8.00 to then was rich with more food ..... CHE SCHIFO!!! However, spared and little available ... I wouldn't come back ....

GGuest UserWe had three rooms at the hotel. Upon going to bed, we found out that one room had feces on the sheets and the other room had human hair on the sheets. At 10:00 pm, there was no one to contact to get clean sheets so we had to sleep on the bare mattress. The next day when we told the owner, she never apologized, just changed the sheets. In addition, the smoke alarms do not work. All three rooms had smoke alarms mounted on the ceilings but did not have any batteries in them. It was very concerning since we were on the third floor of a very old building with no fire escape. I have no idea how it would pass a fire inspection!

Perfect location: 50m from the main street, but very quiet. Staff: very friendly and responsive. Room: matress/bed very comfortable and spacious. TV - movie screen size. Cleanliness: perfect. Price: great value for money (hiking throught the region and this is the best value by far). To recommend without hesitation.

This is a gem. The hotel is sweet. A mere 2 miles from downtown but they provide free train passes and it is nice to be someplace peaceful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing, especially Nicole. We speak some German (hubby) but she is multi lingual and so helpful. We had an issue with our bikes being delivered for a Danube ride am and she went above to make sure we knew they would be ok in our absence. The Waldblick is worth exploring. Breakfast is also very good and the restaurant serves dinner and drinks as well.

EE7856WSmarcomHORROR HOTEL. The ”s-courtesy” of the staff: didn't assist me at all while I needed help to enter in my door, since I remain closed outside. I was accused to have broken it, at the end was left alone without having the possibility to speak in english with the locksmith (who speaks german only) who I had to pay. Trying to get a refund I was reported to have broken the lock, that obviously I didn’t… Last but not least, while coming back in this ”horror hotel” I found the entire building without a light on, parking included, had to use a torch and almost fell in a hole. If you want to survive and save money, don't come to this place.
