We dont have anything negative to say about the hotel. Everything was working very well. The hotel is relatively new and well maintained. Service in the reception is good and all of the facilities are working as they should. Absolutely no issues on that part and considering the price, then it is an absolute bargain. We also visited the restaurant at the hotel and that was on the other hand a disaster. It was quite booked on the day we visited, because of some corporate event. This resulted in the waitress being a bit stressed, but it was still handled very badly. We waited half an hour to get the menu. After that we was informed that some of the courses couldnt be served, because they were out of different things, but we got an option to order one burger, which was not served on the homemade bread that normally was served, but on some cheap bun from the supermarket. Considering Covid-19 we also observed that menu's were just delivered from one occapied table to another - without any cleaning - and after we had observed that one guest had been licking their fingers between every side swap in the menu. Disgusting and in the current covid situation absolutely not acceptable. In total. 5 star for the hotel. 1 star for the restaurant. Would happily go back to visit hotel, but the restaurant visit was not acceptable.

Price performance is OK and the rooms are more than sufficient since I am sown in the room. Personal & Service very good and the former smoke is almost disappeared - except in a neighborhood of the cellar, but already significantly reduced. In the room and restaurant as well as the river is no more perceptible. Eating and breakfast are excellent - please come back.

We had booked a suite and a room and wanted to have a bed for the baby, guess in which accommodation we found the small bed? In the double room, of course, despite the huge surface available in the suite; this is not invented. We had booked a night to be stayed and fed after 500 km of motorway. The guardian actively welcomed this evening then told us that the rest was closed and there were different hostels nearby. The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable. This hotel complex is in fact a spatial campus in the neobauhaus architecture of 2018: the spatial rooms with the dominant grey, white and brown are very well equipped but the minibar is absent and mineral water will be bored. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. In sum, the hotel was empty and the Kochwerk restaurant also, because there was no enough clients mentioned elsewhere during the booking but on the notice you receive at the hostel. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very comfortable and very comfortable. A special mention for the coffee machine that connects you a expresso worthy of Italian baristas.

A very clean and tidy hotel in a beautiful green surrounding, great for nature walks. Our car broke down durin our trip were helped by the extremely kind Daniela via phone booking and at the reception. They even helped us with carrying all our luggage and our 2 little cats in the hotel. We had a peaceful, spacious room. It has not been a planned stop for us, but it has turned out to be an experience we'll never forget. We advice everyone to stay at this peaceful and friendly hotel.

Nice hotel beautifully located on a hill close to the Wilhelmshöhe Palace. The hotel has several wings where are the hotel rooms. From the hotel there’s a wonderful view over Kassel. The restaurant offers a good selection of foods, and has a extensive lunch buffet. In front of the hotel is a spacious terrace area where they serve foods and drinks. The hotel has its own Biergarten. The spa area is very nice and has a small pool, sauna and steam bath.
