The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the area is just right. The front desk was very welcoming and responsible and the English was very good. The hotel serves dinner, but there is pizza, which is not very tasty. You can take two or three trains to russelsheim station at the airport, then take a taxi (about ten euros) or a bus (15 minutes walk after getting off the bus) to the hotel. The first time I called Uber because of the large luggage, I chose the bus. It is also very convenient to go to the center of Frankfurt, and the train can be reached in 20 minutes to the central train station. When checking in and checking out, the front desk said that I didn't pay the room rate in advance, but I had already paid on Trip.com. After explaining to the front desk and showing them the confirmation form in the email, they did not have too much entanglement. I don't know how the Trip.com platform is booked. Their system will show that the reservation is not paid. So the English version of the itinerary is downloaded just in case.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at! Where to start! First of all you are getting to the hotel that looks like nothing like the pictures online. The hotel is old and outdated, and there was mould in the corner of our room. In morning (Saturday) at 7am, the cleaning lady was screaming outside our room, which meant we were kept awake. Even Though the rooms is non smoking rooms, there was a strong smell of cigarettes in our room. However when telling the staff about the smell, they were extremely rude. They even suspected us of being ones smoking. The breakfast was also extremely bad, and consisted of dry bread and canned fruits. At check out the receptionist wanted to charge us for breakfast even though it was included in our stay. This resulted in 30 min discussion with the very unpleasant receptionist, who was so arrogant and so rude about the whole thing. Sure to say, I will never stay at this hotel again! If I could I would give this hotel 0 stars!

The hotel is located in an industrial area. Arrival and check-in were designed smoothly, parking right in front of the hotel, small beer garden in the hotel area in front of the entrance area. The first surprise occurs after the entrance of the room, you feel a little backward in the time. Rooms very small, the bathroom as well, from the impression you feel backward into the last decade. Beside the room there was a kitchen for use by guests, the volume was corresponding. The beer garden is frequented in the evening hours by French guests against 22.30Uhr returned rest. Um1.00Uhr On nights, these just came back from outside and returned to the outdoor places (beer garden). The volume increased to a wakeing volume, the entertainment takes place between open room windows and the beer garden. The 24-hour reception occupied does not interfere. Decent hotel in a residential area. Reception is not staffed 24 hours a day, so arrival after 10:30 p.m. is not possible.

Overall, this is an adequate place to stay. Our room had a couple issues with the air conditioning not really working (we had a fan, so we were okay), and the door handle in the bathroom was coming off, but these were not anything that ruined our stay. Notably for those who value extra locks on the room door, there are none at this hotel, but at no point did we feel unsafe (the door does secure with its own lock, but there is not a dead bolt or additional lock). That all being said, the breakfast was amazing and very well presented. Parking options are available (underground at 15 a day, outside at 5 a day).

The room is good, the service is fast, the reception staff is very kind, the price is good, it is a hotel that must be lived in Europe, the best choice for trip reservation network is recommended to you

We were here for two nights. It was acceptable clean, breakfast was overview, it was very full and the tables were not cleaned, also missed by the beet. The food in the restaurant was underground. There was promised a fresh pizza, a burned deep-cooled pizza was served after infinitely long waiting time. Since I had already delivered my insulin, we couldn't return the pizza. The parking house is very narrow. We were here with our C4 and came very shortly through. A woman with a SUV had been trapped in front of us and had to get help because she couldn't go on. In general, I wouldn't recommend the hotel.
