In Verbindung mit einem Seminar durfte ich das erste Mal zu Gast im Heidehof sein. Meinem Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde entsprochen. Alle MitarbeiterInnen waren höflich und zuvorkommend. Besonders gut hat mir die Tagungsbewirtung gefallen= es fehlte diesbezüglich an nichts. Dies ist auch der Grund, weshalb ich hier mit sehr gut, sprich, mit 4 Sternen bewerte. Ob dieses Hotel allerdings voll und ganz seinem 4 Sterne Superior Standard gerecht wird möchte ich trotzdem etwas in Frage stellen… Der Wellnessbereich ist überdurchschnittlich gut, allerdings fehlt es da an einer Person, welche nach dem Rechten schaut, sprich diesen Bereich individuell betreut. Hier und da ist auch schon mal die ein oder andere Fliese weg, die Leiter ins Tauchbecken wackelt, die Bretter in der Sauna ebenso, keine Kerzen an… Auch ist ein großes Handtuch zum Saunieren zu wenig. Die Zimmer sind noch mit Teppichboden ausgestattet, die Bäder überholt, kein Begrüssungswasser und auch keine Kaffee-Tee Zubereitungsmöglichkeit. Da darf sehr gerne nachgebessert werden, zumindest in den sogenannten Business/First Zimmern ;) Allerdings möchte ich den Zimmerreinigungs- inclusive Kissenservice positiv erwähnt haben. Die Hotelbar lädt auf einen gemütlich ausklingenden Abend ein. Cocktailwünsche, welche nicht auf der Karte stehen werden erfüllt. Rundum eine gelungene Tagungswoche! Als privater Wellnessgast würde ich andere Häuser vorziehen. P.S. Das WLAN funktioniert überall im Haus makellos!

The room was hot and air-conditioned. The next day, a small fan was sent. There were two small buildings. The breakfast was in the main building. It was a typical German breakfast. The variety was varied and the style was varied. Very good.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Rooms are simple but beautiful and very clean. Absolutely loved the minimalistic design. Staff was very friendly and all necessary facilities are there; parking on site, great breakfast, fast WiFi, and for those visiting the Audi forum it’s only a short walk from the hotel. Would definitely visit again!

Friendly staff, strategic location, clean environment and great deal for a budget traveller. In addition, you get a great view from the room!

In the middle of the old town of Ingol, with beautiful cafes and restaurants as well as various shopping opportunities. Apart from the attractions of the New Castle, the Kreuztor, the Klencepark, the Reduit Tilly or many other attractions, you can reach them in about 15 - 20 minutes walking distance. The bus station is 7 - 8 minutes walk, the main station is about 3 km. The hotel itself is OK for a short stay. The single bedroom was large and looked at the backyard where the Italian restaurant located on the ground floor has its outdoor area and a gastro-operating to deep into which a sleeping one gradually made possible only from midnight - best to celebrate.

Super night hotel! Hotel is located near the motorway, but you have no problem with noise. The rooms are beautiful, modern and careful. Along the hotel is a Greek restaurant where you can enjoy a good food for a fair price (reservation is recommended) Great parking is available.
