Best Burgau Hotels

Hotel appena ristrutturato nell’aprile 2022 scelto perché comodissimo è vicinissimo a Legoland. Stanza molto grande con bagno enorme e nuovissimo. Presente anche angolo cottura. È molto più bello, pulito e moderno di tanti hotel 4/5 stelle italiani. Livello davvero super Colazione meravigliosa con dolci e salati di ogni tipo. I bambini sono i benvenuti con tanto di omaggio Pasquale al nostro arrivo. Super consigliato per chi va a Legoland

We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) for one night to go to Peppa Pig Park. I must say we all LOVED it! -Friendly reception who speak English/German. -Free parking -Free wifi -Rooms are soo clean & spacious. -Amazing huge kids room for playing -Small play area outdoor with sand/slide/swing. -Bathroom/toilet really clean -Bedsheets/Towels nicely ironed & clean. -Even baby cots were given in the room (we didn’t need it) but for those who are wondering yes it’s there. -Breakfast is good, nice selection of teas/coffees. I would actually give 5 star for all except for these 3 things if something could be done maybe in future. -No A/C in the rooms.. you literally die in summer nightsif you keep windows open mosquitoes get it. -No peephole in hotel room door. -Nothing was labelled during breakfast what is what. Some sausages were there but no idea which is which.

We chose this hotel as our base during a three-day bike tour and did not regret it. We got what is now rare, even a three-bed room. A family-run hotel where you feel well lifted. A service always pre-eminent, an excellent kitchen, cared beer and a breakfast buffet that doesn't leave any wishes open. And our bikes were allowed to stay in the garage. The Old Factory of the brewery ”Camba Bavaria” is located in a range of ranges with a real beer garden, as well as reading ”Craft Beer” specialities.

We visited the Linde again with the family after almost a year. A reservation is an advantage, as many people come without a reservation. The ambience is clean and comfortably furnished. The room is large and you don't sit on your neighbor's lap. The service is friendly, polite and attentive. She came to the table several times and asked how we were. For dinner we chose the starters of salmon tartare and tomato mozzarella and for the main courses we ordered classic burgers with fries, turkey schnitzel with fries, penne carbonara, baked Maultaschen in tomato sauce and duck leg with dumplings and red cabbage. The food is excellent and we all enjoyed it very much. The tartare was finely seasoned and not too dry. The tomatoes and mozzarella slices were served perfectly with a matching dressing. We all agreed that we had no complaints about the main courses. Everything tasted great and was sufficient. For dessert, my ladies opted for apple strudel with vanilla sauce, a vanilla ice cream breaker and cakes in vanilla sauce and ice cream. This was also something for the eyes. It not only looked good, it tasted good too. Everything was freshly prepared and served on time. The price-performance ratio in the Linde is top class, but worth every cent. I therefore recommend Gasthotel Linde without hesitation...

We stayed here for one night in July 2022 and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is only a five minute drive to Legoland, and about a 10 minute walk from downtown Gunzburg (which is worth a visit). The communication (in English) from hotel staff was excellent. The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds, a mini fridge and A/C. The breakfast was good. Please note that there is no lift in this hotel. Highly recommended.

The room was good, nicely outfitted although the shower was very small hard to even wash your hair since it is one of those complete modular showers, that was a little disappointing. It is check in through an automated system, fine if everything is okay, a little confusing if things don’t work, then you have to call, there is no manned reception. Breakfast was great, can be busy though. Parking is a little far if you have to carry luggage, but you can drive up, (un) load and then park. Not recommended if you are not fully able, stairs and no elevator. This is close to Legoland so very popular with families with small kids. Gunzburg is a nice city, take a stroll to check the sights. I found it pretty pricey for the amenities, no fitness, no pool, no manned reception, but on the higher end of hotel prices.

We had three nights at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was really nice with a large variety of breads, cold-cuts, eggs, sausage etc. The beds really comfy. Nice large bathroom. But. Our room faced a large park where the locals liked to hang out - and with the weather being really nice that resulted in some smaller parties/groups of people having out. And they were not exactly quiet, unfortunately. Since there is no air-con in the rooms it must become pretty unbearable in the summer when the windows have to stay shut because of the noice from the park... Ask for a room facing away from the park......
