Best Gonyeli Hotels

2-4 Aralık 2023 tarihleri arasında Royal Palace Otelde konaklamak için Tatil Budurdan otel kiraladık. 03 Aralık Pazar Günü saat 20:30 da Kıbrıs’ta Royal Palas otelde başımıza gelen iğrenç olaydan dolaylı şikayette bulunmak istiyorum. 20:30 da odamıza gelip kartı okutup kapıyı açtığımızda içeride çıplak bir adam banyo yapıyor bir diğeri yatakta yatıyordu. Bizim mahremimize girmişler 3 saat vakit geçirmişler. Üstelik bütün eşyalarımız karımın eşyaları içerideyken. Polis çağırdım tutanak tutturdum otel yönetiminden şikayetçi oldum şimdi dava açıcam. Oteli sizden kiraladığım siz tavsiye ettiğiniz içinde size şikayet etmek istiyorum. Kiraladığınız oteli iyi tanıyın. Otel müdürü S. D.’ın resepsiyonda ki çalışanların herkesin haberi var konudan. Lütfen bu oteli kiralamadan önce bu olayı göz önünde bulundurun. Böyle bir olayın emin olun başınıza gelmesini istemezsiniz. Kendinizi bizim yerimize koyun otelle görüşerek bu rezzilliğin nasıl olduğunu sorun. Lütfen

Very good hotel, very comfortable. What needs to be improved is that the faucet in the bathroom is very inconvenient to use. It is difficult to adjust the water temperature and water outlet to the correct way. The design is anti-human and inconvenient to use.

The room was clean, the food was good. You ate whatever was available daily. Apart from that, the restaurant may also be appreciated if your current expectations are not too high.

I booked this hotel as a nice few nights away with my partner for her birthday. I emailed the hotel on 3 different occasions prior to arrival for recommendations for a luxury restaurant meal. Not a single reply! I did not expect any preferential treatment for my partners birthday but not a single welcome, happy birthday, bottle of wine, bowl of fruit. Nothing. When we checked into our room the plug in the bath would not open and the handle on the wall, for safety getting in and out of the bath was hanging loose. One evening the electricity went completely out and we were left in total darkness. The hotel did not have any safety lighting in the room or corridor. If we did not have a light on our phones, we would be crawling around trying to get out. This is a health and safety failure of the biggest. How did this pass fire safety regulations? The pool is under cover near a relaxing area and also a dining area. It's a lovely big pool but it was freezing cold. A 5 star hotel should be capable of keeping it warm. I doubt anybody will use it now until next year when the sun shines through the glass roof to heat it up. It's a waste because it could be used. I took a pair of trousers and shirt for our birthday meal but they needed a quick iron. The hotel does NOT have an iron!!!! I would have to use the laundry service that would cost over £10 to iron my shirt and trousers. They did not need washing. And it would take how long. I have never been to any hotel that could not provide an iron o4 an area, where I could quickly iron a few creases out of my clothes. At breakfast I asked for English breakfast tea. Initially it was good then they bought me Earl Grey. I put milk in and then realised it was wrong once I tasted it. I sent it back and did receive English breakfast tea. However, 10 minutes later I asked for another. They simply microwaved previous cup of earl grey that I had sent back out brought it out to me. I know, because it had the milk and sugar already in it. Disgusting.. All in all, I was not impressed and I will certainly be looking at other 5 star hotels in the area in future. Disappointing

It's located in the best street of lefkoşa, dereboyu. You have every shops that you need near you.Rooms are so clean and staffes are so kind.I suugest you this hotel because if you stay in this hotel you don't need take a taxi ,bus stop is near you or if you like you can walk because best restaurants and shops are near you and you don't need get away from hotel.I hope that you come and have a good experience same as me in this hotel.

The air in North Cyprus is still very good, the hotel environment and facilities are also very good

The room is large in size and the facilities are perfect, but the room distribution box is noisy. It has a big impact on my nervous breakdown and sleep well. In addition, the hotel is facing the street, soundproofing is average, and everything else is quite good. The younger brothers and sisters at the front desk are very enthusiastic. The best thing is that there are two large bottles of water every day and the room has a microwave. Convenient transportation, close to the bus station, convenient to go anywhere.
