This company promises cleaning services once per week. However, the managers at this site are not intersted at all in making this promise come to pass. I tried contacting customer service but that same dierctor is the one that replies to emails. There are many great places in Chia for 1/2 the price. I found one that even has finger print tec for 1/2 price at a great location. While the building is nice, the management team lacks customer service knowledge, and basic human ethics. The reception staff is wonderful though.
