For the boss to calculate the account, the property is self-owned, the decoration single room cost 6-7 10,000, the annual occupancy rate should not be higher than 50%, RevPar is 50 yuan to 60 yuan. Although the cost of 42 rooms is not high, the price cannot be sold due to location and operation reasons, and there are difficulties within 5 years.

GGuest UserThe toilet drains very slowly. I don't know if they used any kind of cleaner that smells like smoke in the room. I always feel like there is a smoke smell in the room, which is very uncomfortable. Everything else is fine.
