入住桔子酒店一共三天，第一天體驗感很好，前台免費給升級了房間，住進去後一倆個小時房間空調還不熱也給換了個房間，我下去洗衣服的時候前台也很關心我們房間有沒有熱起來的問題，那天態度很好也很熱情，我房間訂了兩天，本來住完倆天準備走的，但是孩子發燒住院了，所以在住了倆晚上之後，第三天十一點多孩子針還沒打完趕不回去，知道前台得確認這個房間是否續住，我還提前給前台打電話問能否按前倆天的價格續住，前台説不能續住得退房，説這個房型訂滿了，可以給我們把東西挪出來，按理説都是可以延時一下時間的，如果倆點之前退也許我們就回去了，我問了，前台説我們這個必須得十二點之前退，後來説可以給我們續住但是得給我們換個小一點的房間，讓我把錢付了然後給我們挪東西，我説還按之前的價格嗎，她説得申請，我説你先確認好，掛斷後又給我打過來説申請了可以按之前的價格，我付了錢他給把東西都收到了其他房間，到這都無所謂，晚上我們回去之後收拾東西我才想起來包裏還有一些零錢，印象中一摞零錢大概有倆百多，但是也記不太清了，打開衹剩幾張十塊五塊的了，因為自己也不確定錢也不多就算真少了也就百八十塊我們也沒在乎，而且也知道就算丟了也沒辦法，房間又沒攝像頭，結果早上我們把行李先放到車上去吃早餐，吃完早餐我對象去房間裏洗漱拿煙的時候發現床單被罩都撤了，他的煙也沒了，就去問打掃衞生的阿姨，阿姨從另一個打掃衞生的大叔手裡拿煙還給了我對象，首先我們沒有退房，房卡也在我們手裡，其次就算他以為我們退房了房間落下東西不該告訴前台給我們打電話嗎，這一系列操作把對這個酒店的好感真的都敗光了，我們跟前台反映了，讓前台注意一下這個問題，前台説送我們個金卡，和代金券，毫無意義，我們也沒領，每年過年回來都住桔子酒店，這次真的很失望，希望領導能注意一下員工管理
