There is no headlight in the room. The overall feeling is dark. The door cannot be locked. The room card can not be inserted at the door. The light can also be turned on. The room has always been hot water. Super hot. The bath can't be washed. The faucet is still not closed. I don't understand what operation. More importantly, there is no parking space. I am here. I have to park outside.

The location of the shop is very good, very close to the riverside square, there is a small square where you can park, self-driving worry-free, I choose this hotel also value parking, early breakfast is also OK, there are a few fried hot dishes, porridge, soy milk, side dishes, standard room space is small, there is no place to put the box, health is general, the hotel is very high-end outside, Room facilities are too general.

Very good hotel. This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is clean and tidy. The service provided by the front desk lady is very good. The hotel is spacious and clean. It is very comfortable to live in. The price is also affordable. It is very close to the pedestrian street. You can stroll around the pedestrian street at night. It is very close to the station on the return trip. It is really convenient. I will stay at your hotel when I go to Mudanjiang in the future.

The room was nice, no odor, very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and each person had two pillows, one soft and one hard, suitable for different people. When taking a shower, the water in the bathroom heater was really powerful, and the water flow was really strong. I give it a thumbs up! I will stay at Holiday Inn again when I come to Mudanjiang next time.

This hotel is really fantastic. It is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is absolutely perfect -- close to places to eat, shop and close to the pedestrian street. The room is lovely, with mini bar, a little couch, a tub and its clean and lovely. The staff brought and left me snacks, and brought me delicious fruit. Plus I found the people of Mudanjiang to be really friendly and lovely as I walked around the city.

The location is excellent, in the center of a pedestrian street, next to the train station. The room is clean. We took the pigs' breakfasts.
The sauna in this hotel is one of the best in Mudanjiang. There is no smoke inside the sauna, which is important. They provide towels, pajamas, several floors with different areas. The swimming pools in the women's section were clean and pleasant. I recommend

This is the third night I have stayed here. The room is consistent with the picture. Only the circuit breaker may have tripped on the first night. I contacted the front desk and the hotel staff was very proactive in solving the problem. They immediately bought a small heater. The air conditioner was very warm for the next two days. The decoration I like the style very much. All the facilities are beautifully arranged. I like the night light very much. It turns on when people leave. It's very considerate. It's hygienic and clean, you can feel safe staying in, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The sound insulation is good, and I sleep very peacefully every night. I hope it will continue to work and I will come back next time!

Had a great time in Xuexiang thanks to great service from this hotel!
Location is a bit of a walk from the main square, but the modern decor and amenities, cleanliness and service makes up for it. Loved the bathtub!
Plenty of food options and small stalls around too.
The staff are very warm and provided a helpful list of activities available and discount prices for each. They helped us arrange all our activities in their area once we confirmed our departure time. For one night activity, they even delivered our tickets to the restaurant we were eating dinner at. They also had a photoshoot package but pity we didn't have enough time to try it.
Pricing is comparable to other dongbei-style hotels during peak season. The service is top-notch, so definitely recommend 💯

GGuest UserA 4-person dormitory room with relatively new facilities. The sanitation and facilities are at the level of a farmhouse. It is quite clean. The room has floor heating and it is very hot inside. The bathroom does not distinguish between dry and wet rooms and has free toiletries. The room is not big, and when the four suitcases are spread out, they have to take turns to spread them out on the floor to pick up their items. Breakfast is free, including porridge, steamed buns, side dishes, and eggs. Because it is an electric water heater, one person has to wait for the water heater to heat up again before washing another person. The four of us took turns washing from 20 o'clock in the evening to about 23 o'clock. We must pay attention to the time when washing, otherwise we may end up washing halfway. Now that the hot water is available, I suggest you just rinse it off while taking a shower. The 3.2-meter pit bed is a bit cramped for 4 adults, but it is suitable for 3 adults. Fireworks can be set off at night. We chartered a car from Harbin to the B&B in the morning, had lunch at the B&B, then went to the Ice and Snow Gallery and Xuexiang, and returned to the B&B to check in and have dinner in the evening. Staying in Erlanghe before the Chinese New Year is more than 1,000 yuan/night cheaper than in Xuexiang. The B&B is about an hour's drive from Xuexiang. There are only two National Highways 333. The road is uneven, with potholes and many curves. In case of rain or snow, when returning to Erlanghe from Xuexiang at night, the road conditions are a bit bad, so be careful when driving!

Good location. 3 mins walk from the place where the internal snow village bus drops us. It is inside the snow village The room is clean and warm. The bed mattress is thick and comfortable. Wifi and drinking water tap (need to boil before drinking) inside the room. The water heater is working well. 5% discount on meals for in~house guests. Staff are friendly. Foreigners are welcome to stay here. We are a family of 4 from Singapore. Highly recommended. Chinese name of mingsu is 勇者家园。

CChristopherThe hotel is really simple, that explains the price you get what you pay for. With the room comes a warm bed, excellent customer service, and a good location to explore. As a bonus, the surrounding houses resemble those of the famous Snow Town so you can take pictures there to easily save time and money. The owners are extremely helpful and dinner was delicious. Though the hotel isn’t the fanciest, it has an excellent ambiance and you can’t beat the price. Also fair warning, the toilet will not be a western one. Happy travels

JJaypeeThe owner is very kind. Even though I don't speak Chinese, we will able to communicate by using Wechat. The location of the property is about 8-10 minute walk to Harbin Railway Station. Heilongjiang Provincial Musuem is also walking distance. And Carrefour is about 10 minute walk of you want to buy groceries.
Hot water is present. And the bed is comfortable. Highly recommended for the price I paid.
