入住時服務員先給我開了一個七樓的房間，上樓一看，是一個窗子面向高速路的房間。於是我要求服務員幫我換一間安靜的房間，之後換到5016號的河景房。結果這間房白天感覺不到什麼，但到了夜深人靜時，總是能聽到一種機器運轉的聲音，可是這聲音估計不會超過50分貝，又不好再次找酒店換房。但確實會影響你休息。第二天早上退房時，我問了換班後的另一位服務員，她説是空氣能熱水器的聲音。也就是説，這種情況酒店是知情的。可是頭一天的服務員難道是不知情嗎？如果她知情，為什麼偏偏要這樣做呢？我不理解！
