酒店位置比較偏，開往酒店的省道沒有路燈，夜間出行的話還是要注意安全，酒店園區環境可以，早晨起來在園區散散步，很舒服。但是酒店設施到服務還是需要大幅提升的，首先説一下客房，我們定的家庭房，端午節的價格和熱門景點有一拼，結果客房內得茶几沒有玻璃，説是碎了正在做，好吧，茶几不怎麼用，也就無所謂了。然後是客房的電話無法使用，插口處的面板都不全，因為要問房間的無線密碼，於是打攜程裏留的電話，結果告知我打的電話是温泉部，又問了客房部電話，打過去全是雜音，斷斷續續聽到了無線密碼。最後説一下衞生間，水龍頭都沒有，就一個光桿司令立在那，洗澡水太熱，可能是温泉水直接入户了，但是水温太高，大人都受不住，孩子更不用説了。尤其吐槽的是早餐，和小一千的房費太不搭了，簡簡單單幾個炒菜和主食，煎雞蛋都要排隊，酒店管理層還是要走出去多學習學習，打造一個有稷山特色的酒店。
