This hotel is totally unprepared for the high traffic during the holidays, and the service is ridiculously poor. There was a car parked for a kilometer along the side of the scenic spot entrance on May Day. I drove to the scenic spot entrance and called the hotel front desk to ask how to get in. The front desk said that I had taken the wrong route and that their hotel was still some distance away from the scenic spot. As a result, I found out that the route she said was wrong. In the end, I parked outside and walked about 15 kilometers to get in. When I reported this problem, the front desk didn't even apologize. I had to walk a distance to the entrance of the scenic spot to register at the front desk, and then I had to walk a distance to the room, all the way on foot. The hotel didn't have lunch yet, and I had to walk about a kilometer to the restaurant in the scenic spot. It was full and the food quality was average. The hotel breakfast was also full. Don't go!

The hotel is in a good location, it is very convenient to travel by car, the hotel health and service are very good, the hotel's internal facilities are also very complete, the breakfast is very rich,  We booked a big bed room on the first floor of the hotel and upgraded to the fifth floor for free. Very good service. It is recommended, next time I go to Jinhu, I will still live here.
