I am a passenger who stayed alone on a bicycle around the island. The room has a slight smell of smoke (seems to be a common problem in motels). Then because the location is close to the 1st line of the platform, I occasionally feel the sound of the vehicle, but I feel it until dawn after wearing earplugs. Hot water is very stable plus points.

Very good hotel with good location, just walking distance to HSR station (about 3 mins). Even I left very early morning (4:30AM), hotel still prepare breakfast for me to take out.

The first time I stayed was during the Chinese New Year last year, and today is the second time. The overall feeling is pretty good. There are many types of breakfast, both Chinese and Western, as well as pork rice and fruit desserts. I will stay here again next time I come to Hsinchu.

The staffs is very friendly n helpful. It’s has a lot of activities that can participate but need to prebook for the slots which I miss out the animal feeding. Kids really enjoy. It come with free breakfast and dinner which e portion given was very generous! The hotel do provide basic amenities like shampoo and shower gel, water and some small cookies and tea bags BUT Toothbrush/toothpaste, slipper, shower cap etc they charge for it. But overall will still visit again. 👍🏻

The couple were traveling in Hsinchu and were looking for a hotel that was not too expensive and was mainly clean. They chose this hotel after reading reviews and Google reviews. The hotel sent a letter confirming the check-in time the day before check-in. Check-in was around 23:00 that day because it was very busy. I was tired and didn’t look at too many details of the hotel. When I entered the room at night, I felt that the color scheme was very bright and the space was just right, not too big or too small. I woke up the next day without turning on the lights. Even if the windows have curtains, a little bit of sunlight will come in, so it won’t be very dazzling. When you open the curtains, you can see the special parking lot, opposite Zhubei Station. Sunlight will also shine into the room, which is a plus and the room will become brighter and more comfortable. No wonder the room doesn’t smell damp at all👍 I don’t know if other room types look the same, but I am very satisfied with my stay this time😀 I used to stay in business hotels that were dark, damp, and dusty in the corners. This hotel is highly recommended and I completely understand why other reviews reviewed it so well. I would recommend my family and friends to stay here if they are traveling for business.
