I felt very comfortable as soon as I entered the room. The air conditioner was turned on when the weather was cold. The room was thoughtfully equipped with a humidifier. The hotel had a rich breakfast and there was a convenience store in the hotel lobby, which was very convenient.

The hotel accepts foreigners. Free pickup, dropoff (airport/train station…). Reception does not speak english so translation app will help. They are very helpful, even helped me with sending a parcel. Room is old but clean and spacious. There is even a working desk with a computer. Typical business hotel for the Chinese I guess. Walking distance to Hotan Night Market (out of the hotel just turn right to Renmin road and straight to the crossroad, crossing the road then it is a tunnel-shaped building which is the night market). No hair dryer though and I could not find wifi of my room so I had to use that of the other room. In the hotel room there is a guidebook to Hotan and you can use it to ask the reception to help you catch a taxi to the destination you want. Jade market is the most famous spot here and many Han Chinese come to Hotan for that. Everything in Hotan must be taxed heavily or so (for the massive construction that is going on?!), everything is more expensive than Kashgar and other cities in Xinjiang. So at least this hotel price is quite ok for this range in Hotan.

The hotel has a pick-up and drop-off service, which is very good and on time. I stayed for two days, and the girl at the front desk was very helpful and enthusiastic. Because my flight was late, she even helped me postpone my check-out for an hour. It was my first time visiting Xinjiang, and I will come back again in the future.

The room was clean and the sanitation was done in time. If there was any problem, call the front desk and someone immediately came to solve the problem. Service attitude is very good, there are laundry rooms, gyms, restaurants, many types of meals, coffee soy milk, tea, porridge, all, cost-effective. I don't know much about other hotels in Hotan. When I went to Kashgar, the hotel did not have a humidifier. Hotan had a humidifier. It would be much more comfortable to live in. The details were great. Excellent option in the main square in Hotan. Clean spacious rooms, with a very modern look. The only thing that I didn't like in the room is that the lavatory sink is not separate from the room, which leaves little margin for one person in a couple to do the teeth brushing in the morning without waking up the other... a bit too modern for me but that's me. Service was good and attentious in spite of the communication difficulties. I didn't like the fact that the laundry service was self-service. We lost a lot of time doing our laundry and there were other guests waiting on the line. Apart from that a really good hotel.
