The soundproofing of the room is very poor, the next door is normal, and I can hear it clearly, let alone snoring and TV sound. The soundproofing effect is not good. The night shift receptionist at the front desk has a very poor working attitude and a serious lack of professionalism. The room is poorly soundproofed. The next door snored to follow up the donkey ring. The night shift at the front desk didn’t care. I said that I couldn’t sleep on the sofa on the first floor. I complained directly to the hotel manager at three o’clock in the middle of the night. The next day, the person in charge of the room was arranged to adjust the room. Here I express my feelings to the hotel manager and the person in charge of the room surname Li. Thanks!

The room was clean and tidy, the front desk service received the young lady with a good attitude, very meticulous, very careful, and the speed of invoicing was also very fast. The only downside was that I had to stay many times. The store had always to collect a deposit. Now the hotel did not charge a deposit. It’s a bit troublesome.

A very satisfying stay. There is a parking lot downstairs in the hotel, which is convenient for self-driving.
The facilities are very complete, especially the rubber bands for tying hair are thoughtfully prepared. The bathroom is separated and very convenient to use. The room has a smart butler, which is easy to use. It is equipped with a USB charging port, and multiple devices can be charged without conflict. The bedside night light is well designed.
The sanitation is good, and the lobby and room are clean and tidy.
The hotel environment is OK. There is square dance or something downstairs at night. The music is very loud and the sound insulation is slightly poor. But it is very quiet when sleeping. There are many places to eat around, and it is not far from the Baotou Museum.
The service is great. I added the service WeChat at the front desk and sent the check-in information. If you have any questions, you can consult at any time.

Service: The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic and responsive. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the breakfast is rich.
The only drawback is that the water pressure in the shower is too low. But for a hotel in the desert, this shouldn't be a problem, and it's understandable.
