在費縣，應屬不錯的酒店，科技感、智能化也很強，再加上兩張一米8的大床，看起來很完美。不過，提幾點建議，希望能優化： 1.科技是為人服務的，而住宿服務的根本還是要服務睡眠。床底感應燈帶，太敏感，且亮度太高，手一搭，被子稍一滑，燈就亮了，對於本身睡眠質量不太好的人來説很不友好，一晚上亮了七八次，醒了七八次。 2.電動窗簾，很高級，但同樣應該回歸本質。酒店窗簾，一在於私隱，二在於隔光，而隔光做的並不好，中間及兩邊縫隙太大。 3.既然走科技智能路線，就要關注好功能穩定可用。入住房間小愛同學未做好帳户和設備的關聯，無法控制燈光，窗簾，電視在內的設備。同時，建議一下，可以把電視做大，現在電視成本不高，但提升感受效果很好。 4.收取住店按金的做法，建議取消。這是十幾年前信任關係體系未能很好建立時的做法，現在雖説無錯，但給人感受不好。 5.早餐要提升一下，會提升一天的整體客户感受。 6.學習一下比如亞朵酒店的經營和服務方法理念。 希望越來越好，下次回費縣還會入住。

酒店新開的，一進大廳就聞到香薰味道特別好聞很高級，前台小姐姐很漂亮也很熱情，然後停車很方便停車場很大，還有充電樁，房間打掃的井井有條很精緻，物品應有盡有很齊全，特別需要點讚的幾點就是房間熱水很快幾乎3秒出熱水，關鍵是洗澡的時候會同時放音樂這也太搭了正好想放音樂來着，早餐廳也很大品種很齊全，退房走的時候前台還給送了2瓶熱的礦泉水真的很暖心，也很用心希望費縣麗楓酒店越做越好，推薦下次還來住

又一次入住費縣藍海鈞華大飯店，體驗感又升級了，雖然寒冬已過，可是今天還是很冷，特別是風太大了，呼呼的把我房間的窗户給刮開了，我試着關了好幾次也沒關上，喊來了服務員朱京雲幫忙，她耐心的關了幾次，最後協調工程師傅完美的弄好了，心裏非常感謝！下午還送來新鮮的水果，她迅速的發現我喜歡喝咖啡，我的需求她都做到了，這麼優秀的服務讓我很感動，絕對是超一流的服務！出差住宿首選藍海，
