房間衞生間，晚上洗澡時酒店標配牆壁瓶裝護髮素瓶口出口堵住，無法使用，電話至前台，被告知，這事不歸前台管，晚上沒有客房服務員，都下班了。號稱四星酒店，頭一次遇到這種事。最後前台服務員送來一瓶護髮素，表情沒有歉意，非常不樂意地強調説，這不歸他們管。還得我説“謝謝你” 早餐不錯，其他硬件還好，另外酒店側面“迎賓館”霓虹燈有損形象。
