國慶自駕從雲南迴成都，晚上在德昌下道，選擇了這裏。因為經常旅行出差，也經常住麗楓，對於這個連鎖酒店是比較放心。但是這次很意外，前台服務人員有位男士，就和吃了**的一樣，不知道是不是老闆親戚，辦個入住至少用了十分鐘。因為帶着長者小孩，定了兩間房，希望他安排在一層樓，結果説沒有房間了，安排不到一層樓。國慶如果真的滿房了，我也理解，但是我入住後同樓層後來還有不少人入住。後來還是這位工作人員，我要求給我每個房間制兩張卡，因為電梯要刷卡，房間又在兩個樓層，制兩張卡方便樓上樓下照顧長者孩子，結果這位工作人員非常牛，態度很惡劣，給我説不行，絕對不行，不可以，我問為什麼，他就是態度惡劣的回答我，就是不行。最後還是旁邊女服務來解圍，為我每個房間制了兩張卡。就這種服務態度，真的太有損麗楓形象了！！！就這種惡劣的態度，希望麗楓總部能引起重視！全國麗楓住了那麼多，我也是第一次遇到這種服務態度的。其實酒店是新裝修的，設施衞生都很不錯，唯獨這個服務態度太讓人不能接受。
