Staff friendly and helpful. Wheelchair room with walled in views. For a person who cannot walk, shower with a ledge and challeges person in wheelchair to transfter to shower chair. Beds comfortable, towels soft. Breakfast is the expected standard for a 5 star hotel, nothing extra-ordinary. View of the lake is memorable and makes one feel noble to have this view while having breakfast (or any meal). Mr. Tugay, front staff of 20 years, serviced us whenever he saw a need and was very attentive to how to help. We truly appreciated his sincere willingness. The unobstruced view from the retaurant and some of the lakefront rooms are superb. Unfortuanately, the hotel does not have lakefront rooms for reduced mobility clients.

What a fabulous place to stay made perfect by the friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us from the moment we walked through the revolving doors until the day we left. Ok it has an odd quirk but that somehow adds to the stay, bits of it might be bit tired but compared to the overall stay not to relevant. Spacious comfortable rooms at sensible prices. Breakfast was good especially at the weekend with again friendly service. Plenty of fresh food and choice. We’d read the previous reviews and were a bit concerned but having stayed can only assume previous reviewers don’t get out much. Our son who has stayed in several other local hotels was impressed and said he would happily stay there. Great place.

I'm here for business, not too expensive and in the center of the town. Many restaurants to choose from, the shopping district a block away. Wifi is more than sufficient to work from the hotel. Staff is welcoming and pleasant. This is my second stay, both rooms have been clean and comfortable. Must have been updated after some of the reviews. I've stayed in some small rooms in Europe and these are mid-range. Enough room for a bed, chair and a built-in work space. Space to move and not feel like you are tripping over the bed. I prefer my windows open for air, so choose the city side if you would like it quieter in the evenings. Outdoor patio for a restaurant and the main walking path are on the lake side. Evening walkers, weekend visitors and restaurant staff putting away the patio could keep you awake after 10. Close the windows and you will be fine.

Right next to Lake Nasatyr, the view of the lake is very good. In summer, you can take a boat trip on the lake. The view is very good. The hotel environment is also very good, clean and hygienic. The breakfast is also good, the coffee machine can switch the language, you can choose Chinese, this is basically rare

Smiling and pleasant staff (receptionist and cleaning lady). The hotel is well located just opposite the train station and 10 min walk from the old town. The room is modern and large. The fridge is very useful, and an iron is available on request. However there is no air conditioning but a fan is available in the room. The view from my room was amazing! I will come back

We were in Neuchâtel for two days and stayed at the Hotel des Arts. The hotel is well located, directly on the lake, the old town with many restaurants, the attractions is well at foot or accessible with public transport. The rooms are small but have everything you need, even a small desk for which the professionals are there, a coffee machine, water, only a safe you are looking for forgiven. All is clean, including the bathroom. The breakfast is made up of a buffet, small but fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. what we also very appreciated is that you can park your car free directly before the hotel. The only thing that has disturbed us was that it was very noisy if you want to sleep with open room, there is no air conditioning.
