I really want to give all five points because the environment and location rooms are really great.
A few steps from the train station, the most five minutes walk, the train down the mountain or up the Jungfrau is there. The room is large and the package is very good. Sitting on the balcony, you can see the waterfall and the beautiful town of Lauterbrunnen. The bathroom is a bit flawed, and the bath water will overflow the bathroom a little, but because it is far from the room, it does not affect.
The service staff was very warm and friendly. The breakfast was great, there were many choices, and the view of the restaurant was first class. Dinner needs to be booked, it is also very good, slightly salty.
Why give one less point on the facilities? Because there is no hot water bottle, and the restaurant is not available. This is nothing in normal times, mainly because my son has a cold, coughing more after drinking cold water, and there is really nowhere to solve it in the middle of the mountain at night. At this time, I can really appreciate the importance of a hot water bottle. However, there is no indication that the room has a hot water bottle on the booking interface. I didn't notice it and I can't blame the merchant. I hope that the merchant can increase or spare it for guests in need.
There is a parking lot, breakfast, especially delicious, excellent location, the first choice, there are three rooms, suitable for a family of three, the room is large, there is a kitchen, separate bathroom, great
I chose Wengen for a long time, this town is super beautiful. Let me talk about the advantages first, the room is quite big, the scenery is super beautiful, I can see the Jungfrau directly. The boss is very enthusiastic about a lot of sightseeing suggestions, very comfortable feeling. The disadvantage is that it is a few hundred meters away from the Wengen Railway Station, and the curved slopes all the way, to be honest, very tired, especially when the last time I left the store, dragging the luggage to the rain, a little pain... If you go to Jungfrau, you can choose accommodation, Grindelwald or Wengen/Laut Brunnen. I still recommend Wengen. There are too many things to play here than Grindelwald. That line is a green. Deva is worth playing, live here can Wengen / Lauterbrennen / Mirren / Schilthorn, end the explosion

Our room was opposite the lift, room 208 but we're fine it as not many human traffic movements heard during our stay. Thanks to the hotel arrangement for the room facing the mountains and it was phenomenal and picturesque. Memorable! One thing to note that the door at the balcony was a bit at the loose end, that you have to push really hard to lock it. It was super chilly in the evening, sometimes the warmer works but sometimes it doesn't, in the event if the temperature outside drop to below -10°, the room will be super cold and you have to rely on the blankets to keep you warm instead. Overall, the room, free WIFI, breakfast and public facilities did meet our expectation. The wellness area on the other hand, is a bit over-crowded in the evening and there were no signs of free towel anywhere. I'd figure out myself that the towels are available in each of the compartment in the wellness area as long as there are no other belongings from guests. There's a small playground right in front of the hotel, had some fun with my kid playing snow and slide.
The location is very good, just next to the Wengen station, no need to carry the luggage uphill to find the hotel! The view is also the best, you can see the Jungfrau and several other peaks, the waterfall of Lauterbrunnen can also be seen. Breakfast is average, European hotels are probably like this, nothing to eat. The hotel's own restaurant should be a Michelin-recommended restaurant. The dishes are OK, and you want to eat in advance. Service under the spit, the service attitude of the restaurant is OK, but the service attitude of the hotel front desk check in is really average, extremely arrogant ~
The room was nice and the hotel was in a great location, right next to the train station. The town was also quite beautiful, but I didn’t have time to go shopping because it was quiet and closed outside when I went back at night. recommend! It would be more perfect if there is a shower for taking a bath
I've been coming to Regina for several decades. It has always been a home away from home. It is one of very few hotels that has managed to keep the luxury and allure throughout many years. They adhere to a very high standard on every level. For many it might feel antiquated, but if you're looking for something that is truly unique, that has stood the test of time and is not just another generic modern day luxury hotel, this is the place to be. There's not many hotels where you can sit in a lounge by a warm log fire, playing a board game while a pianist is playing. It's a hotel that is filled with history, warmth and kindness.
Stayed here for a night after a gap of 30 years - amazing views! Superb location with traditional rooms. Quiet and expect to escape from TV and your phone. Very helpful staff who really look after you. Breakfast was good and plenty of places in Wengen for dinner if you don’t do half board. Very minor feedback- kettles in room would be good for those of us who like coffee with our first dawn view of the Jungfrau
Hotel Falken The employed staff were wonderful, but we probably won’t go again. We had booked a south facing superior room with a balcony. The actual room was south facing with an amazing view, but the balcony was east facing and too small to use. Every evening on our return there were dead flies around a window – possibly due to nearby cows. We think the staff helpfully sprayed the flies daily – but why did they not get vacuumed up daily? A bigger problem was the never-ending creaky floors. We think due to the 1890s parquet flooring. Any movement around a bedroom during the night was a noisy nightmare for those below and around. We had a family above us with a baby for three nights who needed attention in the small hours. After the first night we raised the matter with the management and there was a little improvement as the family above tried very hard to be less noisy. We described the hotel as being shabby genteel – rather fitting for a previous reviewer calling the hotel Fawlty Towers. A plus for us was no television anywhere in sight. The food at breakfast and dinner was great and well presented – thank you. But suddenly on Saturday morning we found there was no dinner in the hotel that night or on the Sunday for which we had paid. (To be fair we were offered and accepted dinners at their very nice modern restaurant at the other end of Wengen – highly recommended.) On our initial arrival at Hotel Falken we were invited to sit in the lounge whilst the manager went to get us a welcome drink. How pleasant. Then she came and gave us a verbal list of meal-times, where and where not to put the key etc, etc, etc. Too much to take in after a 15-hour journey and could so easily have been in written form. This lady did not, at least to us, have a welcoming smile and was devoid of warmth. It was good to back in Wengen again.

XXIAOHUAThe location is average, not the city center. Although there are buses very close to the hotel, the fare is quite expensive. A small shop selling cigarettes opposite the PS Hotel to buy a ticket 2.4 one-way seems to be a little cheaper than the original price. Uber is about 8 euros to the National Opera, so if there are a lot of people, Uber is more suitable. The room is very large. I booked a triple room without telling the front desk much. When I entered the room, there were three single beds. It was spacious and the mattress was very comfortable. The sanitary condition is very good. But there is no toothpaste, toothbrush, or slippers. The breakfast is very pleasantly surprised at the price of this room rate and is commendable. The service staff is very good. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the airport by Uber, less than 20 euros. If you book a taxi at the front desk, it costs 35 euros.

GGuest UserGreat location for a ski holiday and base for watching the World Cup races in Wengen. We stayed in a spacious family room for 2 adults and one child. Very clean, warm, lots of hot water and good wardrobe space. Hairdryer was good and plenty of electric sockets for charging. Breakfast was great with cereals, birchermüsli, cheese, bread, fruit, eggs, croissants etc. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We chose the half board option with a 3 course meal in the evening. Food was delicious and large portions after big ski days. Vegetarian and children were catered for. Excellent pasta dishes and steaks. Good wine list too. Waiters were very attentive and service was quick. Hotel is in a superb location. 3 minutes from the Stechelberg cable car, 7 minutes walk from train station and right beside the funicular so ski in / ski out. We hired a sleigh from the cable car station to transport our luggage to the hotel. 20 CHF deposit. Easy access to their boot room. Thank you for a lovely stay!
