Best Thornhill Hotels

This hotel is really good. Recommended recommended. Stayed one night, and it was good later. Noisy, but um, there is a sound of turning on the air conditioner, so the sound of the car outside is also offset, anyway, there is no one driving the horn outside here.

The room is bigger than expected, with complete facilities and a kitchen (but no dining utensils). There is a Korean supermarket nearby, which is convenient. The 12th floor is the lobby for check-in, and you have to wait for the elevator to go up and down. There is breakfast, and the American breakfast is also quite complete. It is suitable for family stays. There is a gym.

The room exceeded expectations. It is the most comfortable and beautiful B&B I have stayed in in the past year. Maybe it is because it is newly opened and there are not many guests! The bathroom is very spacious and equipped with all branded toiletries. The room is well lit and quiet, the mattress is very comfortable, there are many decorations in the room, and it has a strong artistic atmosphere! The restaurant on the first floor is equipped with a coffee machine and coffee beans, so you can make your own coffee!

The receptionist's attitude was very bad when checking in, and he didn't even bother to give the urgent instructions. One of the lifts is broken and the waiting time is very long There was no hot water for showering for two nights🤬 Not cleaning the room every day Not worth recommending😡

Specious room with kitchen, sofa and bed. Very friendly staff who are helpful and pleasant in their responses to requests for towels, luggage storage etc some amenities such as bottled water need to be purchased. Breakfast is good. Location is a bit far from the usual residential or commercial district - Around 15 min drive

We had a wonderful time in this Best Western Parkway Hotel TN from the first day check in (by Ms.Mozhgan)to last day check out (by Mr.Kunal), the staff were very helpful and friendly & polite. This was the first time we went to Toronto for vacation(6 nights ) The hotel was out of our expectations : The room is cleaned ,tidy and comfortable. I like drinking tea/coffee, the housekeeper would give more tea bags & coffee + bottles of water (upon request)for us every day. Ms. Mozhgan & other receptionist also showed us the way how to go to our destination. We appreciated their assistance & information about the facilities of hotel & the traffic (e.g which buses & where to take the bus or how to get to a station. The traffic is very conveniences especially we did not drive. We could easily go anywhere we liked. A lot of restaurants nearby, no need to worry about meals. Special thanks to Ms. Mozhgan who helped us a lot & concerned our needs so that we felt like at home. We enjoyed the steam room and swimming pool. My husband liked the gym room very much because it had enough facilities for exercise . We will go back to this hotel again if we go to Toronto next time.

I’m appalled! Im a member of Marriott, so I chose to stay in this hotel every single time when I was in the area. Lately my experience with this hotel has been terrible! Last time they charged me $250 because someone reported my dog attacked a kid! They didn’t even investigate it until I called 6 times!(the girl worked at the front desk told me the manager will be there in 1-2 hours so I left my number. A few hours later I called to ask, I called the wrong number so it went to booking department, I explained what happened and asked to be transferred to front desk girl, because she is the one charged me $250. And guess what! Instead of talking to me, she made the booking department lady to tell me”She said that the manager will call you as soon as he’s back” I insisted on checking the security cameras and there were nobody got attacked!!! got my money back and their explanation was”someone too advantage of the hotel for a free night.”. So they made me pay for the night??? And I don’t even know why I stayed here again last night! I couldn’t believe my eyes ! What is going on with this duvet??!!!! I didn’t want to have any trouble with people when I’m traveling by myself so I only requested for another blanket, but it never came, so I spent a night without blanket. I was going to show the front desk these pics but my phone was dead and I was in rush to go to my appointment. Anyways I’m done with this hotel!

swimming pool is not very big but good enough. Morning coffee is good. hotel staff response quickly and solve the toilet clog problem.
