Best Pointe Claire Hotels

Stayed at the hotel during a delayed flight. The room was spacious. Breakfast was bare. No complementary water and the facial tissue box was depleted. When we notified staff regarding the tissue box, we were told it would be replenished after we check out.

The reception staff and specially supervisor Noemi is awesome, She has great skills to hanle any concerns during your stay. I had an issue staying in my room, water leakage from the window early morning and she compensate fairly also booked us the taxi to the airport. I will recommend everyone who want to stay in this hotel. Keep it up 👍

Very good experience! After getting off the plane, I called someone and someone came to pick me up immediately. The environment was great, and they also provided a free buffet breakfast service. You can drink freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh milk and so on. The attitude of the service staff is very enthusiastic.

The room is very warm, with a big bed and a sofa bed, you can live in a family. There is also a simple kitchen equipment in the room, which is very convenient. The hygiene is very clean, it is a pleasant experience, will be highly recommended

Front on the highway side very noisy, at the rear probably less. Sheet metal bed base (don't hit it especially if someone is sleeping). Only one ice machine for the entire hotel. No milk or cream in the fridge for coffee. A few more small adjus**ents, new and clean hotel.

Hotel location is very good, not far from the airport, surrounded by plaza, big supermarket, pharmacy, shopping is very convenient. Parking is convenient, we live on the first floor, there is a door directly to the parking lot, we will park the car at the back door, open the door and put the luggage directly on the car, do not carry luggage. When we go, it’s snowing, it’s important not to carry luggage! The room was clean, the double bed was oversized and there were six comfortable pillows. Breakfast is served with hot omelettes and bacon and waffle machine. In short, I am very satisfied.

Novotel Montreal Airport was a pleasant stay during a long weekend. One thing to note is that there was a car theft during our stay that happened to another guest, so guests should be careful of locking their cars at night.

This hotel is conveniently located in the terminal at the Montreal airport. The rooms are large, clean, and modern. It’s a perfect place to crash if you only have a few hours and don’t want to go off-property. My only complaint is about a staff member’s error. While I had pre-paid for the room, I was asked to place a credit card on hold for incidentals, which is normal. At checkout, I confirmed we were all set (no charges). Later, I found my credit card had been charged over $100 for something. The hotel said they made a mistake a refunded the charge, but I have now been charged an international transaction fee for both the charge and the refund, which is really annoying since I didn’t purchase anything.

After an overnight stay in Montreal to transfer to other cities, I chose this hotel very close to the airport. The standard room has two large beds, suitable for a family of three. The 24-hour airport shuttle and breakfast are also good. It's fine to stay for one night during a layover.

Hotels are relatively hard to find. When I checked in, there were only two paper towels left in the bathroom. I don't know what the housekeeper was thinking. It was minus 15 degrees Celsius, it was snowing heavily, and the heater was not turned on when I entered the room. . . Nothing else to say.
